Hey there blog friends! Since last Sunday I’ve had 20 hours in a car, 10 hours in a mall, many hours eating and more hours than I can count being plain ole happy. There and back, I’m home again in my cozy home with my familiar things – yep, there’s no place like home……ah, where my craft room is :-) I finished up a card laying on the table and thought I’d share it. I picked a cool aqua color and embellished it with Spellbinders Heirloom Oval and Spellbinders 5 x 7 Heirloom Legacy (used the nice full oval).
I picked a tiny sentiment that I use quite often – bless you. It fits perfectly on Spellbinders Victorian Tags; a nice fit and it doesn’t cover up too much of my background. Are you being crafty in this heavenly carefree time between holidays? I’m eager to hear what you’re up to this week, whether kicking back to spend time in front of the TV or catching up on computer or just taking it easy.

Don’t forget . . . come by on New Years Eve, if you can. It’s been a while since I had blog candy and this is a good one :-) I also have a video (finally) that I’ll be sharing at the end of the week too!!

There’s no place like home. Another Beautiful card Becca. Love the colours. It’s so pretty and feminine.
Sounds like you had a wonderful holiday and your card is fabulous!! Can’t wait to see the video.
Such a pretty card and lovely sentiment!
Glad you have had a good time, despite the long car rides.
Just arriving at Gatwick airport in the UK and will be in Florida late afternoon US time where we’ll meet our eldest and husband who have flown down from Washington. I gather it’s very hot – such a contrast to the crisp frosty morning here.

Another lovely card, Becca.Wishing you a very Happy New Year, look forward to more wonderful designs in 2015!
As always your card is just gorgeous & elegant. Sounds like you had a nice holiday. Glad your back safe and sound.
Hello Becca
Bristol is white this morning, we had a really deep frost, it makes all the smoke from chimney pots, flow in straight lines to the sky, and the house lights twinkle!
Like a Christmas card!
I love this card especially the Aqua against the Roses ….beautiful!
Thank you for the inspiration too!
Take care Becca

Here in Denmark it´s also all white outside and a clear frosty morning, and very cold unfortunately, so I sure wish I was in a very warm and sunny place right now too LOL.
Great to hear, you had such a good Hoæiday with your family and that you´re back home safely too.
Your card is just as always soo beautiful and just perfect in any way. I love the soft look of it and the beautiful colors on it too.
Really looking forward to see a lot more of your wonderful work in the new year again, and all my best wishes for a very Happy New Year to you and everybody else here too.
Hi Becca,
Joy to you this New Year. You have filled my crafting life with wonderful ideas and inspiration and I pray this will continue. (that will be Joy to me this new year :) ) Glad to hear you had a nice break away and you are safely back home. No place like home. This is another beautiful card, thank you for sharing. Loving the dies. HAPP NEW YEAR for 2015 to you and your bloggers, from me in little ‘ol Australia where it is rather hot at the moment.
God Bless,
Lorraine from Down Under
Becca, this is so beautiful. It is a delight to see this beautiful creation. You have out done yourself. Thanks for sharing, m.
Lovely card as always – love that tag, the bow and the button especially – glad you are home safely – sometimes I find you need to go away as it often makes you see your home in a new and better light! I tried making one of your bracelets but I think I wound the wax cord too tight as when I went to curl it about my wrist I broke the rhinestone chain – so will undo it and have another go sometime. This time of year I do a 2015 list of all the cards I need to make, in date order – so that’s to be done any day and then I shall batch make 6 or so female bday cards, as these are required in Jan & Feb. It’s bright, sunny but cold here in the UK at the mo, but I quite like it that way – looking forward to the video.
What a truly beautiful card, I just adore the aqua colour, thank you for sharing.

Beautiful as always Becki, love it all.

gorgeous card. I love seeing your new creations. ypu’re so inspirational. glad you had a wonderful holiday. I spend my time between holidays resting and getting ready for it to begin again. this year i’m trying to figure out where to put some of my new crafty stuff. I really enjoy playing tennis so i’m planning my annual “protest to college football all day on tv” pick up tennis match. I find many like minded ladies and sometimes a gent or two and we play tennis on new years day. sometimes it’s not pretty but we always get a good laugh and have great fellowship. hope you have a wonderful new year.
Just back from two weeks in Chicago helping my daughter recoup from shoulder surgery. She said she has not eaten that many home cooked meals in that long of time..hoping to have some time to make some cards this week. Good to spend time with her..good to be home. Not glad for ice and snow. :)
This is a lovely card, Becca.Happy New Year!
Beautiful card Becca. Gosh, it sounds as though you have been busy. I am going to spend some time in my craft room this afternoon (also known as the back bedroom!) as I need to make a retirement card and a New Years card. Looking forward to playing with all my dies. Take care. xx

Hi Becca,
So glad you home safely and that you had a lovely Christmas with the family. The family came to us and yesterday I was quite tired but ready to go again today! So thankful to have the health and strength to do these things.
Really like this card – love the colours used and especially the sentiment and bow!
Thank you for sharing your lovely cards in 2014.
We are going away with another couple for three nights at New Year! After all the entertaining I am so looking forward to it.

Hi Becca,
Greetings from a very cold, frosty Newcastle in the U.K. Another beautiful card from you today, and you sound just like Dorothy clicking her red sparkly shoes and saying “there’s no place like home”!
I’m hoping to start making my “Thank you” cards tomorrow, and will then make a start on my March birthday cards. The January and February cards are already made as I have lots of Jan cards to send starting the 1st, and if I don’t have them made before Christmas, well they won’t get made!!
Glad you’ve had a lovely Christmas and wish you and yours the very best New Year, filled with health, happiness and peace. xx
hi and Happy (ier?) New Year! I’m finishing my
FIFTH Beacon St Chapel Box —one for each of my
daughters. I’ve placed “Falling In Love” Shower gel and couple other goodies inside. They’re a challenge but I don’t Give Up. Very Surprised and Felt Loved upon
receiving them said my Three Daughters on Christmas

arriving New Years Eve…Whew!!!!!!! I Praise and

Bless you! You continue to inspire! You were my first role-model on cardmaking and I continue to learn from you!
Lovely card and ornate die choices. Because we have a big family on both sides there have been parties galore which have left us happy but exhausted. Therefore, we are reading and resting before the fireplace a lot and taking the time to look into God’s Word more to build our spirits. We have had lots of good food for our bodies, lots of beautiful homes for our senses and now good food for the soul. Hope the New Year brings much joy to you!
Stunning card! Love everything about it, especially your bow! There’s nothing like being with family for the holidays, feeling all the unconditional love, then the joy and memories we carry home with us. Becca you are so true “there is no place like home” and the comfort of our craft rooms! Glad to hear you had a wonderful Christmas!
Hey Becca —–
I have been catching up with my Sis who is visiting from Ohio until Friday. Lots of catching up to do since not seeing her since early Sept. She and I did quite a bit of cardmaking prior to Christmas. Since then, not too much, just a lot of talking and ramming the roads.
Love this card today as aqua is one of my favorite colors. God Bless you and catch up with you on New Years Eve. Can’t think of a better way to spend the holiday than with YOU!!

Just lovely Becca! Again, you astound me with the creativity and beauty you put into your cards! Love it! Sure we can’t get together and make cards? I learn from you with each card or project you do, but I want to pick your brain and get to know the woman who creates these awesome creations! I am honored just to get your blog each time you create a new card! Thank you sweet lady!!

Hi Becca, so glad you have had a great time and I have to say this card is beautiful, love that heirloom oval x x x
You are such an amazing paper card crafter. I would love to come home after traveling to such a craft room as yours. Alas mine is a hodge podge of different items from different companies, a variety of products and I have to buy every item at usually full price. I am not on a design team, nor get free products from any company. I am slightly computer challenged , 72 years old, and am on a retirement income. But I love making cards, do the best I can with what I have, but my wish list is SOOO long. I would love to win your blog candy and get some new things. I only have the plain Spellbinders up to level 20. You have so many fancy dies and layer them so beautifully. It boggles the mind. Thanks for the opportunity. Have a blessed New Years, Martha
Beautiful as usual!! Love your blog Becca! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to a new video.
Hi Becca, It sounds like to had a great Christmas, and I hope that 2015 is a great one for you in health and happiness, may you be blessed to continue to share your lovely cards, and this one is another beauty,
Yes I am able to craft, which I love, making cards and I have even done some patch work today, continuing on from what I started some years ago and enjoyed doing it, hopefully to more of this!! as time goes on.
Cheers Anna.
Beautiful card. I love the gorgeous bow and center jewel piece. The little sentiment is perfect.
Happy New Year to you, Becca! Thanks for all the inspiration you give me all year long!
I am elated that you are going to do You Tube in 2015!!! I am definitely subscribing and look forward to your fabulous artwork tutorials. I am just in awe of your design ability which is something I find hard for me to do.
My one word New Year’s wish is: Peace

My number one goal for 2015 is to get fit and healthy. Another goal is to organize my craft room so I can spend more happy time there! I hope you have a wonderful 2015, Becca!
Absolutely stunning card Becca!
Oh my this is a wonderful prize. I will need to make a bit of room in my crafting space for it but that shouldn’t be a problem. I love following you on Pinterest and you are such an inspiration. You have given me courage to try new things that I only dreamed of. I will get you on YouTube ASAP. Prayers for a blessed year in 2015
Health
I love your card. Thank you so much for expanding my craftiness with lessons learned from you.
My goal is to be more organized so I can be more productive.
Your posts are so beautiful
I would like to have a ore organized craft room this year, have already started
My goal this year is to retire so I can spend more time making cards, I love using the spellbinders and embossing folders.
I look forward to opening my e-mail hoping there will be a new design card from you. I love that your cards are Christian based. The world we live in needs more prayers and working together. My prayer is that 2015 will be a much better year than 2014 health wise. Our daughter had 3 major back surgeries that have not ended well. I have strong faith that 2015 will be much better. May 2015 be a Blessed year for you.
Hi Becca, I have been following you for a while now and I love the style and elegance of your cards. They are always so beautiful. I especially love your bows and thankfully you showed us how to make them…I’m hoping to be able to get into my craft room more often and try all the amazing techniques I’ve been itching to try….Here in Australia, we have been touched by acts of terrorism. I hope we, none of us, ever have those horrors visited on us, ever again. That’s my prayer for 2015. I wish everyone reading these comments a happy, safe and healthy new year, with lots of time for your favourite craft past-times……..
As always, your cards are beautiful. I have a lot of the Spellbinder dies but don’t have the snack of making the beautiful combinations you have come up with over the years. My goal is to use more of my scrapbooking/card making stash, which will hopefully, help with the organization of my scrap area. Happy New Year
This year I am going to challenge myself to try different ideas and different materials.
Unique,inspirational,and,as always,your creations induce smiles!
Thanks
G-d please help us all. Amen
Where do you get your ideas from? Such beautiful & elegant style to your cards.
Becca, You do inspire me so much… for 2015 my goal is to try every new technique I learn about, and pass them on to my friends! You have taught me to think outside the box, and I am grateful! Happy and Healthy New Year
My word is PRAYER. It can move mountains…thank you becca, for all your sharing…
