Altered Notecard Kit

Hello there!!  Thanks for sticking with me even through this sporadic posting :-)  I’m recharging my batteries and have a couple of things on the back burner however in the meantime, I want to share another project that I’ve not been able to show on my blog.  This also was a project shared during my tenure with the Dirty Dozen;  it’s a Notecard Kit with an altered box.

Very simply I purchased this wooden box at Hobby Lobby, disassembled and spray painted then reassembled after I applied the paper.   I also added those funky feet :-).  It contains some simple note cards, envelopes, stamps and such.  I have hoarded this paper since I puchased it but used all those scraps I couldn’t bear to part with on the envelopes.

Project Recipe:
Stamps: PSX (retired)
Paper: Paper Loft – Grandma’s Attic
Ink: Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink

Accessories: Martha Stewart Punch, Spellbinders Antique Tag

Thanks for stopping by!!

You really must have my mind read, because only yesterday I was shopping at Hobby Lobby and trying to figure out what I could put the Christmas Cards I am making for friends at work that would be nicer than just a plain box…and then, before that the calendars…I was looking at Michael’s on Friday and because of you I founds some calendars for $1 and I bought some. Just wanted to let you know that your inspiration spreads far and wide and LOL…I AM watching :)ReplyCancel
