Hi there blog friends, several of you asked me to show how I make my vellum pockets so I popped on the video recorder this evening and am squeezing in a post before tomorrow morning :-) It’s a no hassle pocket, I promise!! Very easy and the tape lines are barely visible. So if you were curious, the video is very short. I hope it will encourage you to use vellum in some of your upcoming projects.
Told ya! Easy peasy!! See ya tomorrow!
That is easy peasy!! Will be trying that as I have a stash of vellum that I could never figure out what to do with. LOL Thanks Becca!
Wow, Becca, ask and ye shall receive! Can’t believe you got a Becca Bit done on this already. Thanks, very clear and straightforward. Looking forward to tomorrow’s Bird cage!

Becca — thanks for taking the time from your very busy day (and evening) to make this Becca Bit for us. You are wonderful!
Wonderful and easy too. I hope to use it soon thanks again
Yes you are right….very easy…will give it a go….tfs
I just love vellum and it’s nice to see you using it. Thanks for the lovely pocket-does look super easy!
thank you so much! I was trying to figure out how you did it. Gorgeous way to present a unique card.
Thanks Becca for taking the time to make this tutorial. :)
I think of all the cards I have seen your vellum accented cards are the most beautiful. I love vellum for it’s delicate touch and rich look, many, many moons ago I learned drafting and fell in love with that paper. I’ve forgotten all of that and wish I could remember it all now, it would so help with my lack of skill. Anyway, gorgeous, you have a God blessed talent my sister in Christ! Praise the Lord for finding your blog and for giving us the joy of this craft!
Good morning Becca ~ Thank you for providing this tutorial for making a pocket for cards. It looks easy enough for someone who is “all thumbs” so I’m going to try it:) Your tutorials are always concise and easy to follow. Vellum is so pretty and I would like to work with it more. Thanks again, Blessings.
Another wonderful Becca Bit. Thanks for showing us how, it was easy peasy. As always Becca, TFS!!! :-D
Very neat!
Oh my goodness!! Is this something new and different or what? I feel like I’m running like mad just to keep up with all these new things of yours I want to try……..AND…….I’m not the one with the vision, then the engineering of it, the paper selection process, the production, the filming , the directions, and the posting!! Wow! I dare say you move like the wind with this gift of yours.
This card is so beautiful and classic and I move it to the top of my “next card to make” list ! So beautiful Becca…….Thank you!!!!
You are the most generous person, Becca. Thanks so much for dipping into your precious evening time to teach us this wonderful technique. I adore vellum but find it difficult to get along with, sometimes, umm, make that all the time. The pocket looks like something I can do. And does it ever dress up a card. Love it.
Oh thank you for doing this, Becca. We certainly are a visual lot here at your blog, aren’t we. The pocket does not look difficult at all. I just made something like this on a much smaller scale as a gift card pocket on the inside of a baby card. I have vellum and never used it because I had no idea what to do with it. It makes a pretty card look so “fussy” and it’s not. Love it !
oxoxox
Oh, this is soooo much easier than I’d imagined. Thanks, Becca!
Wow thanks for taking the time to make this Becca Bit for us. I don’t know how you find the time to get everything done. Takes me forever to make a card.
Blessings Bernie
