Cardmaking Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders A2 Tranquil Moments - www.amazingpapergrace.com
Well, we are in the final countdown to end of 30 Days of Giving – today is Day 29!  Over the month as I flipped through the stash to pull cards for the giveaways, I’ve kind of done a quick think back to figure out what types of cards I send out most often.  Hands down it is the friendship card – like the one for today.  I think that’s the case because I don’t have to have a special reason to send it.  Behind that, I would say most often I stamp Thank You Cards, Birthday Cards and finally Sympathy Cards.  Otherwise I send a card that has a purposeful quote on the front then use it for whatever occasion I want.

For today’s comment –  what type of card do you send most often?
If you’re new to the blog, welcome to my 30 Days of Giving – every day during the month of July I’m giving away a handmade card – you can read all the specifics HERE.  You can check to see if you’ve won a card by searching for your name on the Giveaway Winners page.  You get there by the menu at the top of the page – put your cursor on Features then look down the list and select Giveaway Winners.

Without a doubt most of my cards are birthday wishes. But that’s why I love your cards so much. They are an art form on the outside and can be anything you need inside the card. Your cards are always worthy of a simple frame and sitting peacefully on the mantle. That’s where I see this card in my home, at least. ?ReplyCancel

I love this card. Of course I send a lot of birthday cards, but I really enjoy making “just because” cards to send out for encouragement or just friendship. It’s always a nice surprise to receive a homemade card made just for you for no special reason. I have enjoyed the last month of participating in the blog. It has been very inspirational for me to read all the comments.ReplyCancel

  • Christine Harrop, Oxfordshire, UKJuly 29, 2015 - 8:48 am

Fabulous sentiment. I send masses of Christmas cards and I make then throughout the year. I also send lots of birthday cards. I like to keep some sympathy cards in hand because they are difficult to do when you are grieving, or even just feeling sad. I also like to make cards with a quote/sentiment as the focal point of the card and then I can finish off the inside when I want to send it to somebody. Hugs Christine xxReplyCancel

  • LisaPosthumaJuly 29, 2015 - 8:48 am

Hands down I make and give away more Thinking of You cards than any other card. Several years ago my husband and I went thought a traumatic time that put us in a huge awkwardand unwanted spotlight. We received tons of verbal support from friends and family but by far what touched me the most was the tangibilitlity of the 2 cards we received from acquaintances. The fact that these people of whom we were familiar with took time to find an appropriate themed card and then wrote a few words, put it in an envelope and mailed it, touched me deeply. So now, when I have the opportunity, I do as I received and it feels so rewarding to be the person on the giving end.
    Have a lovely day!ReplyCancel

Hi Becca this journey has been so much fun-maybe a couple with some tears as I go back to remember some memories or moments. Thank you for making this journey such a pleasant one and of course to all we have won–CONGRATULATIONS!!! Lately I have been creating birthday cards. I think in overall probably the most popular ones among card making. Have a great day Becca and again thank you.ReplyCancel

  • Victoria LunaJuly 29, 2015 - 9:03 am

My favorite cards to send are “Thank You” cards. It is very important to me to let people know how thankful I am for them and for what they do. When you go through a hard, challenging and scary experience your priorities change and you are more aware of the important things in life. And, I just want to make sure to let people know that.ReplyCancel

  • Peggy BJuly 29, 2015 - 9:06 am

I like to start with a a blank sheet of card and see where my creativity takes me. I never make the same card twice though.ReplyCancel

Another pretty card, Becca. The colors and the layers really do showcase your friendship sentiment. It is just so pretty! Thank you for the inspiration!

The kind of card I send most is the encouragement card. That is followed closely by get well and then by thank you. Of the holiday cards, I always send Christmas and Valentines, but that’s it. No Easter or other holidays. I’m not sure why that is….ReplyCancel

  • Jane BJuly 29, 2015 - 10:07 am

Another pretty card. I send birthday the most, then I would say about the same on the others but baby would be last because at my age most of my friends and family have already went thru that stage. Most of my nieces and nephews are to young still or have not hit that step in their lives. Of course it is fun to send them for any reason I can think up.ReplyCancel

Oh I really hope that I win this card…..its my favorite! The sentiment has been one of my favs for a long time. I mostly sent birthday and sympathy cards. At my age they, unfortunately, seem to increase. I should actually send more “just because” cards but I don’t. Might be a task for me to work on. Thanks for the contest!ReplyCancel

What a clever way to use that window 2 d’lite die…and what a beautiful card. I think I’ve somehow missed this stamp set from Suzanne…will have to go looking later! Love it!
It is hard to pinpoint what I send most in terms of cards…it seems to go in cycles. Right now there are a lot of thank you cards. We have a lot of folks helping us make it through while I’m on wheels. I’m also sending out a lot of get well, inspiration/encouragement kinds of things…as well as sympathy right now, but again, those go in cycles.

And now with some time to give thanks for all these people in my life, today’s question has brought me another round of thanksgiving…how sweet is that? Blessings for today, Becca…and thank you.ReplyCancel

That’s easy – in the last 12 months it has been BABY cards. Somehow the recession in our country seems to have brought about a baby boom – figure that out! No2: Birthday cards, No3: Congratulations (wedding, graduations etc.) No4/5: Thank you, and Sympathy cards. Finally a smattering of cards with encouraging quotes etc.
Today’s card is so ‘YOU’ Becca! Apart from all the great layers, lovely sentiment and fabulous bow I love the gold edging on the first die cut layer. It all comes together to create a masterpiece. Mary xReplyCancel

Becca my comment is not about your beautiful card(s), but about the design of your newly remodeled website. I just warned you to know that I truly love, Love, LOVE the new website. It is so pretty and just opening it to the first page brings a calming, comfortable, soothing sense of being. I often think that if it were possible to have a smell, it would be one of a bouquet of spring flowers!

I truly appreciate it’s organization. Particularly the ease of finding past post categorized by finding a post by color, occasion, dies, etc. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pulled out a die and knew you had used it on a card, then had to spend time trying to find which month and day you had posted a card with that die. Now, all I’ve got to do is look it up by the name of the die. You have taken the time to think of how user friendly you could make it for your followers.

Again, thank you. I really appreciate it. It’s like going to a close friend’s house, enjoying her so much that you find you’ve stayed much longer than you had intended.ReplyCancel

My husband is a retired school teacher and it is so sad when one of his former students pass away. I keep a calendar with birthdays and anniversaries of not only family but also of friends, including those from our church. I love making cards – just wish they were as beautiful as yours. For Family, it is Birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas for friends and neighbors and complete strangers it is a simple “I am Thinking of you” Card.

I am in the mind of thinking of making as many as I can of the “I am Thinking of you/Praying for you ” cards for the Battered Women’s Shelter as I am a surviving “Battered Spouse”. I want them to know in their hearts that they are very precious and that they do have the strength to go on and make a better life for themselves and their children. When My Past calls to me I simply tell Jesus it is for Him to answer. I am a Survivor in so many ways but it has never been by my own strength but by God’s ALONE.ReplyCancel

I mostly make birthday cards. Kids cards are my favourite because I like to make them with the childs favourite theme in mind. Even the kids cherish them & know how special they are. You can do so many different things with birthday cards. Every card is made for that person in mind like likes, hobbies etc. Lately though I have had a lot of celebrations other than birthdays, like weddings & engagements. They have been fun to make as well.
Your cards are always beautiful, still hoping I get a chance to win one lol xReplyCancel

  • Charlotte ZweigoronJuly 29, 2015 - 1:55 pm

Lovely !!! I usually am sending a birthday card… The sentiment on your card brought me back to a question that a friend and I had been mulling over for some time. Why, how, when did we become best friends? After awhile the question wasn’t as important as the simple fact… we were best friends and had been, actually, for over 50 years. She passed away in early May and we’d had several long, wonderful visits while she was ill. In the interim, I was sending her weekly cards just to let her know how special our friendship was to me and how very much I loved and valued her.
Her daughters told me she treasured them, showed them to everyone and kept the latest one propped on her night table where she could see it all the time. This craft has been a major blessing to me.ReplyCancel

What type of card do I send.
That depends on who it is going to.
To my mother I like to make and send colourful cards as they get displayed. So they add colour to her room.
Men of course get cards that are darker colours and I try to get a them of what interests them on the card.
The there is the wonderful easy female card. Once again I think of the person and try to make the card fit them.

On my craft table at this moments I have 6 thank you cards and 2 more to finish. it is all abot butterflies….embosing folders, dies, paper.
Looking at your beatiful cards I had to use a more intricate die.
Could you please tell me your method of cutting ? I tried everything I know to make the ” sandwich” and still is very difficult to cut all the small pieces.
    Thanks!ReplyCancel

    • Joni StonekingJuly 28, 2015 - 3:37 pm

I’ve had problems with this too. Dontry using a shim..a pice or two of card stock in top of your sandwich to make the sand which tighter. Also, try turning the sandwich 1/4 of a turn and re-rolling it through to see if you just have a “light” spot on your rollers. If your pads are worn, you might need new cutting plates. If you don’t use a shim, and have a magnetic plate, you might try using that instead.

      Hope this helps!

What a pretty card. Love the die and flowery bow of course! Well today I am trying to find the right colour paint for our kitchen walls. I’ve tried several tester pots but they look so different on the wall I find. Think I am getting there though slowly! I’ve just gessoed a mdf box and a glass jar. So they are sitting on my desk drying. Not sure what I will be doing with them yet but its fun to play. So today has been a painting day for me.ReplyCancel

You make the prettiest bows! I’m trying to get some decorations made for a wedding shower for my brother and his fiance. It’s a fall wedding, so I’m going to be making leaves and trying my hand at some lily’s. Not to mention I have to get the shower invites done…but they will be a cross between digital and paper crafting…mostly digital I think. Digital is easier for me as I used to do digital scrapbooking years ago…so it would be lots faster than doing them all by hand. Maybe eventually I’ll get good enough at paper scrapbooking to do invites that way. :-))ReplyCancel

Yes, I have enjoyed this month sharing with you and others my thoughts. Some so deep I had to realy think long and hard before answering your question for the day.

Your card today is lovely. I may have to try something similar!

    – What’s on your crafty work table today?
Today I will finish up a card you inspired me to do. The title of your card is “For All You Do”. I don’t have any of the Spellbinder dies that you used, but selected other Spellbinder dies, and two Sue Wilson dies, that I do have on hand. The dies I am using: Spellbinders Herloom Legacy #S6-010 and Ribbon Banners #S4-324; Sue Wilson’s California, Beverly Hills #CED1105 and Austrian, Salzburg #CED2203. I am staying in your color range for this card – brown [my Chocolate Malt) and cream. So far, I am pleased with the result. Wishing I had some of the beautiful dazzlers you use on your gorgeous bows. Where on Earth do you find such beauties? Are your dazzlers antique buttons?ReplyCancel

What’s on my craft table today is a birthday card I am trying to finish for a birthday luncheon I am going to in a few days. A group of us get together each month for lunch to celebrate whomever is having a birthday that month. And, of course, we make that person a birthday card.
This one is a watercolored background, a white swirly die cut, a little glitter to fill in the glued areas I could not remove, and sparkly sequins. Turned out lovely if I do say so myself, since I have never done watercolor on a card before. I used Ken Oliver’s Color Burst, so it is hard to wreck it unless one mixes the wrong colors. (Ask me how I know that. ?)
Becca, this card is just as lovely as all the others you have given away this month. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win one of your beautiful creations!ReplyCancel

    Good morning Becca,
You ask, What’s on your crafting work table? Well since I have been campaigning for the job of Mayor for the past month or so, I have not had a lot of time to clear off my crafting area. There is a lot on it but I did go out there last night since I had gotten two new Spellbinder dies in the mail and wanted to cut them so I will say that the new dies and diecuts are on my table and let it go at that! LOL
Very lovely card today Becca and I’m sure you are looking forward to winding this down. You have made a lot of our days and are anticipating receiving our work of art if were one of the lucky 30. Good Morning to you, Becca,
I love the peaceful feel of this card. I think of bees as being industrious but your card reminds me to hold a space of calm amid the clamor! I need to hold this thought today. Thank you!

On my craft table today are 6 note cards that I want to finish off by adding a paper liner for message writing; the beginning of a get-well card for a friend and a card I started in which I am experimenting with a new corner and border paper punch set. Fun stuff awaits…

    Hi Becca,

Would “a mess” be an adequate answer? I try to put things away after I finish a project but it never seems to work. I need to make so many cards right now that my head is spinning. I have learned a lesson from you, have a stash readily available and then I can always add a sentiment. Let’s see how well that lesson sticks :-)

Amoung all the tools, necessary to craft, are also StazOn ink, embossing powder, VersaMark ink and a new stamp set. The Oriental Collection. It’s a 10 piece set which came with my June issue of Cardmaking & Papercraft magazine. I’m working on a small design for some friends. Also my new Prismacolor water color pencils. Brushes, adhesives, my Xyron mini sticker maker, some watercolor paper, many of my Tim Holtz distress inks, awaiting the need to use them. A small TV, my Kindle Fire, assorted pens, pencils and markers. I was practicing water coloring on Tim’s Bird Crazy stamps (which I love). So that set has been on my desk since I got it. My tweezers and favorite small scissors for fussy cutting. And about half dozen pieces of card stock. Not clean by any sence! ? And I love it!ReplyCancel

Lots of affirmations, and she does like to color like her mom. Hello! Another fabulous card Becca! I love the soft colors and the bow is incredible. I love the layers too.
Honestly, my craft table has a whole lot of FRUSTRATION on it right now! Of course that’s because it has a lot of leftover things from LAST Christmas on it. Like most paper crafters, I had worked on Christmas cards and other Christmas projects last Christmas and because my daughter was here from out of state, I left it to clean up when she went home on Jan. 6. Life never goes the way we plan! I ended up hospitalized with pneumonia on Jan. 5 and fell in the hospital shower on Jan. 7. Since I fractured multiple bones in my pelvis and shoulder, my recovery has been long with complications. I had surgery on my shoulder on June 4 and I’m finally beginning to see the return of the use of my arm. I am anxious to clear my table for all the projects I’m excited to create. I’m praying my Neurologist appointment next week will provide answers that will make sitting and standing easier too. I’m really looking forward to crafting again and filling my table full of new projects rather than projects from Christmas past!
    Blessings to everyone!ReplyCancel

Morning Becca, Wow !!! a stunning pastel card, I’m loving the sentiment too.
On my craft table at the moment is a part-done baby album for my Great Granddaughter, I had to put it aside to do a 30th for my eldest Granddaughter and also on my craft table is the finished 18th card for my youngest Granddaughter (Mum to my Great Granddaughter), it’s her birthday tomorrow. I’m taking her card and money prezzie round shortly, I’ll be getting a cuddle yipee.

    Good morning Becca,
I am on the final hurdle of my very special niece’s wedding invites and it has been halted as my grand calibur deciding to snap mid stream. My niece has received all bar the 3 special invites for her parents, gran and her future M.I.L which i am trying to finish differently from what i expected to. Seeing the pleasure on her face is worth every minute of being scared that they wouldn’t be good enough.
I keep full of hope that i will be able to make something like your beautiful works of art and this beautiful gift today is another such example. Thank you Becca for all the inspiration that you give us,

What another beautiful card today. The other day a friend commented on a card I made and how she loves the natural brown colors so on my craft table sits a collection of thank you cards that I’ve started for her. Hope to finish them and the envelopes this weekend and surprise her. Hope you have a great day. thanks for sharing.ReplyCancel

Unfortunately the only stuff on my craft table these days is dust. I’m spending too much time travelling back and forth looking after my 91 yo Mam to spend any time crafting. It USED to be covered in inks, die cuts, glues and ribbons.
However, it is my choice so I do it.

Pretty and pink, this is a style and color I don’t make too many of, have too many male folks in my family and pink is NOT their color.
On my work table, only my eyes will tell, ha ha, just getting back from a 4 days weekend with lots of paper crafting going on it was left in a mess and now I’m still putting things away. The old back kicked up and I haven’t been as speedy as I would like. I had better hurry because I have about 700 paper leaves to cut and emboss and color by October 17th for my sons wedding, along with decorations for the rehearsal dinner all of this from 10 hours away. Well this is probably the last one until the grandsons get married, Do love doing it

I rarely have leftover cards. If I make more than I mail (Christmas cards, for example) I keep them. Usually, I am only left with a photograph.ReplyCancel

  • christiJuly 27, 2015 - 7:14 am

love the laciness of today’s card. I laugh when you say what do I do with leftover cards. I am kind of known as a hoarder. or as one person said hoarder light. I use a lot of my cards but there are many that I just store. why, I don’t know. in the past few years I have gotten better. I have put some together as gifts for friends. that makes me feel better. lately too many have been needed for sympathy.ReplyCancel

  • KrisJuly 27, 2015 - 7:16 am

I usually make cards as I need them, so I’m not churning them out every week. I try not to stamp an inside sentiment so for the cards I creatively make without a purpose, I can grab one and quickly stamp a sentiment before sending it off in the mail or using with a gift. The cards have been beautiful all month!ReplyCancel

    HI Bekka,

I love the look of delicacy that the lace paper gives to this card’s appearance.

I keep a stash of extra cards for those moments when I can’t create a new one for a specific occasion. Often I change the sentiment that I originally put on the card. I also bundle them and donate to various charities for their fundraisers. The handmade card basket is often a very popular choice for people to bid on.

Thank you for another day to win one of your gorgeous cards.

Beautiful card…do love the lacy look. When I make men’s cards I make around 5 of them to keep for future male card needs. I have a few extra cards that I make along the way for women, but usually I make a card specific to the person and their likes. My stash is small and wish it were larger as I have lots of cards to send out all year long and to simply grab one would be wonderful. My hubby is always asking me for encouragement cards and sympathy cards (he mentors men) so I do have a few of those built up but nothing printed inside. I don’t feel so alone now after reading all the comments on not having a very big stash. Seems like most of us make a card for the moment needed.ReplyCancel

WOW, your card today is gorgeous! A true heirloom look to it. I am not farmilar with this Floral Lace background stamp, but it is awesome. I hope I can find this stamp so I can purchase it. Love the way you have layered this card, the use of the belly-band, and of course your beautiful bow finishes this card in a stunning way! Your talents amaze me everyday. Regarding your question today: What I do with left-over cards. At this time, I don’t have left-over cards. Currently the cards I make are one of a kind, and I make one card per person per occassion. I would be wise to have a few extras on hand so as to not “get behind” when more occassions come up than I have time to work on my cards.ReplyCancel

What do I do with my extra cards? Well, I have been keeping a lot of them as samples to make again. Some I have used when I needed a card in a hurry. Some I have donated to our club here for raffle events.
It seems mostly that I never have the right card for the right reason, or I don’t have a card that fits the personality of the person I want to send a card to. Does that make sense? I am in the middles of making a card for a birthday this week for a person with a ” bright & colorful” persona. Of course my card will be bright & colorful to match.
I also have finally learned when making cards in classes to not add a sentiment right away. That way, when I need a certain sentiment later on, I can choose a card & add the correct wording at that time. Saves me some stress! LolReplyCancel

Another lovely creation, Becca! I make “one-of-kind” cards so I really don’t have very many left-overs. But the ones I do have, I keep in storage for a year for the spur of the moment need, or if the bundle is getting too large, I donate them to a local nursing home.ReplyCancel

Now, you know I’m going to love this card. Lace and ribbon! What could be better? But You’ve put it all together in such a gorgeous fashion. Love it!

I do have lots of old cards. Some really ucky primitive stuff from back in the early days of my paper crafting years. What I have tried to do is repurpose those old cards by taking elements off of them and creating something new, something fresher. One thing I have learned from this process is, pay attention to the adhesive. When you go back to a card after a year and all of the elements are falling off, you have not created something that will last if the recipient wants to save the card.ReplyCancel

VERY LOVELY CARD, BECCA. As I was reorganizing my office this summer I had forgotten I had leftover Christmas cards. I will make *new and more recent cards* for my *crafting friends* and send the leftover cards to the rest with the same Christmas letter. I am of the age it is time to down size stuff in our home and this is one of the things I need to do. However, I am still buying dies etc. to keep up with the newest and latest. I only make cards for family and friends for their Life Mile Stones and at holiday times etc. so I don’t have any leftovers. Occasionally I have made some to donate to specific charities but do not ‘gift’ them to family/friends, I’d be a tad embarrassed to do so!

  • Karen M RothJuly 27, 2015 - 12:55 pm

I have had a few that was selling on Listia. com for free credits but then I ended up too ill and in too intense physical pain to continue with my regular card making. I just wish I could afford to buy a Spellbinders machine as I just know that will makes things so much easier for me to craft then. It has been over two years since I have been a participant in a card making contest. I had a really bad experience with that one and it just really dampened my spirit. I can barely sign my own name without high pain in both hands, all fingers, wrists and elbows but I ALWAYS sign my handmade cards with a handwritten letter that at times has taken me 5 days to write one page.

If I could get crafting again I would donate my cards to Abuse Shelters, maybe even create a multiple card All Occasions pack for my local bazaar along with a mini album and altered storage box for them all :-D

I never have enough cards available. I get two or three ahead, but sometimes they don’t fit the person, so end up hurrying to do one for them. Like one person commented, its wise not to always put the sentiment on til you know where its going. And to the lady hoping to have more time when she retires, seems like when I quit working, 20 other things jumped in to take it’s place . Looking back, I don’t know how I found time to work!ReplyCancel

Elegance is definitely a huge part of this lovely card. I love the contrast of neutral colors offset with the beautiful bow. Once again, it’s stunning.
I only have a few leftover cards and I keep them as samples. The primary reason I don’t have a lot of cards is that i give them to the intended recipient and I also scrapbook. I didn’t begin creating cards until a couple years ago but I’ve been scrapbooking much longer. Health issues have a kept me from doing either for far too long but I’m optimistic this will change. God is faithful so I believe my body will heal. I’m so excited to return to card making and scrapbooking and have some projects planned to donate cards.

What a pretty card…surely like that stamped background…makes the whole card just perfect. I’m really happy to hear you might be continuing this…this has really become my devotional practice this month…centered in gratitude…it has really grounded me and I’ve found myself wanting to slow down and not have the month end. I’m hoping you will have a day to focus on mentors along the way in the papercrafting journey. And if not…I will just include them in my own.

What to do with extra cards…I donate them…there are so many places they can. Be used and I’m so happy to share them and see them on the way. I always send them off with s little prayer that they will brighten someone’s life a little…make a little difference somewhere…

I’ll generally make a card when I need it so there are very few leftover cards..Usually any leftover cards are a duplicate of something I like making which is usually made in advance for someone in mind.ReplyCancel

I’ve been using some of my cards made at classes I attended years ago when I am in a pinch for a card. I somehow think I’ve gotten better over the years at making cards!! LOL!!!ReplyCancel

Ohhhh my goodness gracious, I LOVE your cards! I just found you through pinterest, and I think I’m in heaven! You make the most elegant beautiful cards! I’m new to this hobby of paper crafting, (well…somewhat new, started in Feb) and I love doing it, but wow…I’m no where near as good as you are! Not to mention, I don’t have all the beautiful dies you do to work with…in fact I’m still trying to build my stash of dies, haven’t gotten to many yet, (and nothing to use as a background die like you have a lot of it appears) other than some flower making ones. I really need to work on getting some background ones now, like the doilies and stuff you use. Anyway, just wanted to say I’ve enjoyed looking at your blog and seeing your cards! Haven’t seen near all of them, but did go back several pages!

As for your question of the day…I’ve not been at it long enough to have lots of extra cards yet, not sure what I’ll do with them once I do…I’ve been trying to figure that one out. I’d love to find some older people around who would like a card now and then, and send them a short note in one…but I’m not sure if I can come up with the addresses. I’m rather shy when it comes to getting out and meeting people…so getting a hold of older people’s addresses to send cards to would be kinda hard to do. LOL But…I’m not really THERE yet, so I’m sure I’ll come up with something to do with them, if and when I do get there. :-))

Thanks again for the eye candy…I have really enjoyed drooling over your cards! :-))ReplyCancel

I usually try to keep one extra card just in case I want to make it again. If I don’t have an extra card, I take a picture and write down the measurements. This saves me time later. Another beautiful card Becca.ReplyCancel

    Hi, Becca,
    Beautiful card!

I am fortunate to have a happy dilemma – I have more demand for my cards than I can produce. I am so honored to have this appreciation for my craft – it keeps me motivated to create and learn about new products and techniques.

I’m happy you have all these beautiful cards to share!

    Blessings,
    SandyReplyCancel

I have very few extra cards. I generally make them up as needed, but sometimes I get smart and do 2 at a time. I’ll use it when I need one in a hurry. Finished a wedding card last night and made sure to do another one at the same time so I’ll have a backup. You amaze me that you have so many made up, but then again you’re getting them to share with all of us. I certainly appreciate it.ReplyCancel

I have a box which I keep all my extra cards in so I’ve always got some on hand in an emergency. I have donated some to the Aussie troops before but stopped as I couldn’t get in contact with the person in charge. I would love to do that more but haven’t been able to find a good group to send them to.ReplyCancel

This one is a stunner, love the embossed background, the colors are so bold and elegant at the same time. That bow is to die for. I donate some of my cards to the Veterans Home, a few very special ones that I have made, I have saved and put in a flip binder to show and tell. I also have taken cards to the nursing homes for folks that never receive any cards.

    Hugs and God Bless,
