Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Floral Assortment with JustRite Papercraft Rejoice and Be Glad - more details on how to make gold version at www.amazingpapergrace.com
Good morning sweet friends!  Just a housekeeping note – This week is my 7 year blogaversary at Amazing Paper Grace and to celebrate I’m giving away a Spellbinders Artisan X-plorer!  To enter just pop over to the post I’m linking up —->HERE and leave a comment.  In the meantime, I’m hopping today with the girls from JustRite Papercraft and I’ll be sharing 1 card design in 2 different colorways.   I really enjoyed making this project and thinking of all the color combinations that would fly.  When I think of color, I also think of occasion – follow my logic . . .

Both designs are elegant, both use the same stamps and die template but I’ll have to admit that one looks markedly masculine and one looks very dressy and feminine.  Can’t you see the first card being used for Easter, a Christening or a Wedding?  The second card would be suitable for a gentleman, a dignified show of sympathy or perhaps for your pastor. Really to tell the truth, wouldn’t either be appropriate for all of the occasions above, perhaps.  So which colorway do you like best?

Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Floral Assortment with JustRite Papercraft Rejoice and Be Glad - more details on how to make both versions at www.amazingpapergrace.com
On top of my 5-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ card base I added a panel stamped with Celtic Knot Background.  On the light card I stamped and embossed in gold on cream paper.   On the dark card I stamped and embossed in black on gold paper. The next layer up is a new die, Spellbinders Floral Assortment which I topped that with Spellbinders Labels Eighteen. On the next layer I cut Spellbinders Classic Square SM and then centered and cut the small motif with at Spellbinders Floral Assortment from the same piece of cardstock to make a frame.  I stamped my sentiment from Rejoice and Be Glad, on a panel cut with Spellbinders Classic Ovals LG.  I know, it doesn’t look like an oval, but I make the oval arch and tuck it into the square frame I created and it gives the card some dimension. Here are some closer shots so you can see what I mean.Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Floral Assortment with JustRite Papercraft Rejoice and Be Glad - more details on how to make gold version at www.amazingpapergrace.com

    Good morning Becca,
How are you enjoying the start of your 8th year blogging and showing off your magnificent works of art. I know i only found you relatively recently but oh boy was i a gluten for looking back at what you already had put up for our delight. You don’t give yourself the credit you are due for your original forray into blog world that you truely deserve. THANK YOU for all the beauty that you have brought our way as you truely give such inspiration out to us with each and every one.
Today’s cards when i first seen them i did think of happy occasions in our lives for the cream and gold and the worst occasion for the 2nd card but both are stunning and i can see why you would say about the 2nd card being suitable for those pesky men in our lives that don’t like sparkle or the soft feminine look. When i read the phrase on the top it immediately makes me think of a truly devout couple getting married by the minister/ priest/ rabbi/ pastor etc as this was part of my wedding ceremony when i got married and also part of my children’s baptism christening ceremony so it is just right for all these occasions. Have a lovely day,
    Love and crafty hugs

Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Heirloom Oval, Radiant Rectangles and Sentiment 4 - see more details at www.amazingpapergrace.com
What a sweet day, friends!  In years past this week has slipped by me before I realize that this week is my blogging anniversary.  Yep, that’s right – I’ve been at it for 7 full years and I’m going into my 8th year blogging.  One of my favorite sayings is “One often meets his destiny in the road he takes to avoid it.”  Reciting this in my mind so many times over the year, I’ve now programmed myself to add, “Why not?  Let’s see what happens.”  I have to admit in retrospect that so many of the “let’s see what happens” instances have been blessings in my life.   Wow, things have changed a lot around here since I made my very first post ——>https://www.amazingpapergrace.com/hey-whats-up-with-that-name/  I’ll admit, I was very green and very rough around the edges but I had just come up with the name and wanted people to know how it came about (hint: it was most definitely nothing to do with my cardmaking abilities . . . but I digress).   So, I have a little sumpin, sumpin up my sleeve!  See, I planned ahead when I was purchasing giveaway gifts for New Years so guess what the giveaway gift is….  Hang in to the end of my post and I’ll fill you in.  In the meantime, a quick rundown of my card.
Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Heirloom Oval, Radiant Rectangles and Sentiment 4 - see more details at www.amazingpapergrace.com
This is a quick and easy card where I’ve used a die cut twice to make a background then added an oval and sentiment.  The card measures 6-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ and will require an envelope made with my Envelope Punch Board – see, I have to create occasions to use that gem.  This card would look just as well at 6″ square.  To give you an idea, the next mat layer down measures 5-3/4″ x 5-3/4″ followed by a layer that measures 5-1/2″ x 5-1/2″.  For the background I used Spellbinders Heirloom Oval cut twice, overlapped and offset to fill up the card.  The oval is from Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles and topped it with a sentiment from Spellbinders Sentiments Four.

MMM-001

Wheee, I have another Artisan X-plorer to give away!

Beginning today through midnight CST on February 11, 2015 you can leave a comment to enter (18 years old or older) and you may leave one comment each day if you like.  In your comment, tell me what craft item you hoard the most :-)  I’ll pick a winner on February 12, 2015 using Random.org and will post the name of the winner in a blog post.  The winner has 48 hours to claim their winning by reaching out to me through the contact tab at the top of the blog.  The giveaway covers the Artisan X-plorer and shipping and this time around even includes my international readers.  I love this little machine – one sits within an arms reach on my crafting desk.  It’s ultra portable so I dumped mine into my suitcase when I went to my daughters house for Christmas.  When we were wrapping gifts and she had no tags to put on presents  – enter the Artisan X-plorer to save the day!

I’ve had time for lots of reflection (I’ll share a bit in the coming days) and more items up for grabs after 2/12/15 – peek in to see what I’m talking about as the month goes on.

Oops, I nearly forgot. It has to be dies, paper or card that I hoard the most. I think paper and card top the list. xxReplyCancel

I always wondered at the name of your blog… it was obvious that it related to the hymn, but it’s nice to know (like life) there is more to it. Happy Anniversary!

My hoarding items are double sided paper (I can’t find much locally… and what there is is…rather… “not gorgeous” would be the polite term. Now if you refer to hoarding as the “mostest” stuff, that would definitely be Spellbinders dies, which would like a chance to be run through the Artisan X-plorer… {Grin}ReplyCancel

Hmmm. What craft item do I hoard the most? That’s really easy, my Spellbinder dies. I have nowhere near all of them but easily over 200. This little machine would be an awesome addition to my craft room.

And congratulations, Becca, on your ‘blog anniversary.’ Even after probably 5 or 6 years of following your blog you’re still the first one I look for when I turn my computer on. Let’s keep this relationship going!!!ReplyCancel

Congrats on your Blog Anniversary! Definitely the thing I hoard most is PAPER! I find it so hard to resist beautiful paper – even when I have so much – enough for 10 lifetimes! Well, maybe that is an exaggeration, but I often say I am ready for the paper apocalypse! I also say I am going to stop buying paper…then I laugh, and laugh, and laugh! ;-)ReplyCancel

Happy anniversary! What a generous giveaway. Your creations are so beautiful, each and every one of them. Thanks again.ReplyCancel

Happy Blogaversary! Thanks for sharing your wonderful God-given talent with all of us! Here’s to many more! Hoard? Who? Me? Never! I merely stockpiled for many years saying that I was doing it so I had “enough” when I retired and didn’t have any money to spend on frivolous things. Well, 4 1/2 years into retirement – I’m still buying paper and if I used 20 sheets a day, I’d have to live to at least 150! Just found an at-risk youth charity that said they would love some scrapbooking paper and supplies, so I can share with them now and not feel so guilty! :-)ReplyCancel

Well, the craft item I tend to hoard the most is basically everything!!! But if I have an awesome silk ribbon in certain colors and size, I tend to hold on and use as little as I can get away with! Sad, but I try and not let it compromise the design!!!LOL. Love, silk ribbon! May Arts is the best and I wish they made more sizes and colors! Love, love, love!!!ReplyCancel

My favorite is white on white on white…embossed folder, dies and dies and sentiment!ReplyCancel

Becca, your card is beautiful, as usual. What do I hoard most you say? Ugh! Hard to choose….can I say everything? LOL! The most…hmmm….I would say my dies, but that probably does not count, so I would have to say ribbon. I am in a monthly ribbon club and had bunches of it long before I joined the club. I have been receiving them for about 2 years now and have hardly used but a couple of them. Yup! That is it! But I could definitely go on about other hoards too! :) Hugs Lori ReplyCancel

Wow, such a great giveaway! I just have to say I love your cards. I use them as inspiration for most of my cards, but they never turn out as good. I think I hoard everything but when it comes down to it I must say the bling. I have four drawers full of rhinestones, pearls, studs, etc. love, love, love!ReplyCancel

Happy Anniversary Becca! How fun it is to find oneself on the same good track as at the beginning. I love that. Your card is another example of using compatible and beautiful dies together coming up with such a beauty. For myself, I find it really hard to throw out unused die cuts. I keep just about every scrap of decent size cardstock as well. Just know I will find uses…often do but the folder is bulging with them. Thanks for the wonderful chance to win the Artisan X-plorer; I would relish it!ReplyCancel

Congratulations on all of the years you have been blogging. I tend to hoard paper. If I really like it and know that I can’t get anymore it is hard to cut up.
However my grandchildren seem to think that the paper in my craft room is there for their use.ReplyCancel

Oh dear this is like a game of truth or dare tee hee. I have to admit I buy card in all sorts of pretty colours and when I go to choose a sheet it really does depend on who I’m making the card for, as to whether I use plain white or dig into my precious stash. The person has to be pretty special for me to cut up a sheet – lol. Thanks for the chance of winning an artisan explorer xxReplyCancel

The world can never have enough beauty…….or paper…….paper is what I hoard and have since I was a tiny child. You would think I would have enough by now but every sheet of paper has so many possibilities! So glad us international readers get a chance at this prize!ReplyCancel

Congrats Becca…7 full years…good for YOU!!!
I sooooooo enjoy heat embossing – the process and the look and my choice of ‘most hoarded item’ is my WELLER HEAT GUN! It is sooooo special and even tho’ it was expensive ($125), I would buy another in an instant if mine goes out!!!! It heats sooooo FAST, has two settings – a high and a low, and has always worked exceptionally well – no burning or having to wait! LOVE IT!

    Happy 7th Anniversary, Becca!
It feels like a personal blessing when a new post comes my way – definitely the highlight of my day. Your craft, no matter the material, is always exquisitely beautiful.

I’m a paper addict! It appears I’m in very good company in looking at the other comments. I have high standards. Some of my projects reflect more of my good taste rather than craft ability – since beautiful paper often needs little embellishment. But, I must say, Spellbinders die cuts add the “WOW” factor. Since I don’t own a machine, your giveaway is in perfect alignment with my “Wish List”.

Thanks so much for your amazing paper grace!ReplyCancel

My craft thing I hoard the most is a tie between dies and embellishments. I love all the dies and ribbons, buttons, bling, etc and hate when I use them up and then can’t find them again. Yet, when I find new ones I am happy again! LOLReplyCancel

And…GOODY should be GOOSY in this sentence…

Happy 7th Blogaversary! What a super achievement. And how much you have shared with us over that time! Thanks so much, Becca.
Okay – what don’t I hoard…. lol A friend said to me that what goes in her bin is of no use to anyone. I am the same and when it comes to crafty stash – well…!
It may sound crazy, but I hoard die cutting machines. I don’t possess an Artisan…yet ;o) I have told myself on many occasions that I don’t need another die cutting machine, but myself is not listening.
I may hoard them, but I also use them. Well most of them. A demonstrator once told me that it is best to cut each make of die on that manufacturer’s machine. What could I do but take her at her word. Seriously. What could I do..?!

WOW, such a gorgeous card today. I love looking at your style and it inspires me to do more on my cards. What do I hoard? DO I HOARD? Not MOI! I prefer to call it collecting. At first it was older retired STampin Up stamps off Ebay as well as newer ones. I went to one SU party and was hooked. I will save the rest of my collecting story for my next few comments. STAY TUNED.

I wish I could find some of the beautiful Spellbinder dies you use. Would love to know of some good and reasonable sources. All I have locally is Michael’s and JoAnns.

God bless you and congrats on your 7th year milestone. I wish for you many more. With kindest regards, MarthaReplyCancel

Biiig congrats with your blogoversary Becca. I think, I´ve been with you almost from the beginning. I remember a friend asking me to check this new blog, and I´ve never looked back ever since, and still love every one of all the gorgeous creations, you´ve made since, and still do til this day. It is sooo beautiful as usual hun.
What I hoard the most? That´s hard cause I have to admit, that there´s a few different things, that I just can´t resist he he, but the biggest obsession is probably beautiful paper, as I just can´t help it, when I see some he he, and it´s what hurt me most, when I visit your gorgeous country here next month, as it´s too heavy to bring home in the suitcase, and it´s sooo har to pass by all the amazing pads, I always see over there, when we visit, but it does get way too expensive before it´s home here, so I have to control myself he he he.
Have a wonderful week and enjoy your anniversary sweet lady.ReplyCancel

Congratulations on starting your 8th year in blogging. Love your blog and the beautiful work you share with us. As to what do I hoard, well………….paper came to mind but I probably have more stickers, especially alpha, than I really need or will ever use. I always find stickers on sale and think, Oh I could use that on a project and then I put them in the sticker file (organized by type) and forget to pull them out as I quite often end up using a die to make a sticker that fits. But that’s OK, I might need them one day!ReplyCancel

Happy Anniversary. Yet another lovely card, simple yet elegant.
My hoard of ribbon is ahead of my hoard of papers, boxes and boxes of lovely ribbons but then there are the boxes, friends and family buy me boxes within boxes because I just love them. As crafters I am sure we all hoard absolutely everything to do with crafting even if it’s just to look at. In my case that would be the papers!!

I’m afraid I have to confess I hoard loads of stuff in my wee craft room. Happy Anniversary Becca!!
I tried to figure out when I first started looking at your blog, guess around 2009. Anyways, it is a “go to” blog which I love dearly. You and I both have come a long ways since the beginning of card making. The lady who first got me into papercrafting (scrapbooking, originally) now laughs and says, “You were the one who didn’t want to do cards and now that is your primary paper- crafing technique.
Last year we enclosed our front screened porch to make me a craft room. I didn’t realize until this week when I am reorganizing what a “PAPER HOARDER” I had become. I am going through it and made two gift baskets for charity and getting rid of some of my stash!!!!
I look forward to each email I receive from you, knowing it is going to cost me money for the dies I don’t have to make your card of the day. LOL

Your card is amazing as usual. I love the die cuts and the bow is splendid. I pinned. It was wonderful to read your first post. Very moving. What I hoard the most? I don’t have a huge hoard and if I counted items it would probably be paper – but I don’t exactly hoard it because I use it my classes at school for my students to make Mother’s and Father’s Day cards. What I would LIKE to hoard most would be dies. I would love to win the Artisan. Last year, I took my Big Kick to school and the kids loved using it. If I had the Artisan, I would have two die cutting machines for my students to use.ReplyCancel

The thing I hoard most is my background paper. I have tons of it and rarely use it because I’m “saving it for a special card.” Well, that has to stop. My New Year’s resolution is to use some on every card (or almost every card) and don’t buy more until a good portion is used up. So far, so good… I’m doing it!ReplyCancel

Happy Anniversary!!! Another beautiful card, wow. You always think outside of the box and find amazing ways of using your dies. The outcome is another gorgeous card.

You asked a question as to what we tend to hoard: easy, easy answer…paper, paper, and more paper. So much paper that on a recent move, movers inadvertently sent four medium sized boxes filled with paper. These were boxes filled with paper sets, the boxes were filled to the top. It took me a while to figure out that the papers were missing as I had about six boxes that came to me. So yes, My Name is Sammie and I am a Paper hoarder!ReplyCancel

Second list…After my seeking retired Stampin Up on line for a few years, I became aware of other brands of stamps. I also went wild on the Spellbinders up to about Labels22, when I got my Cuttlebug. I emptied 2 PP accounts on Ebay and now hubby helps me keep a few boundaries there. I have tons of embossing folders, and am trying out the new Gelatos and a Gelli pad. I really love the creativeness of cards. My style is mainly CAS but I do appreciate beautiful cards with beautiful die cuts. I would love to try out your giveaway gift as my CB is getting long in the tooth.

Happy Anniversary!!! I’ve been following your blog for many years and fell in love with it. One afternoon I decided to go to the very, very beginning and spent hours looking back at all of your beautiful creations. You know, none of us can assume or predict where we will be in the future, in our personal lives to our crafting adventures. I’ve found out that when we plan, God laughs:-) ! It’s all in his hands! I’m just happy that He led me to you through crafting! You have really inspired me!
What do I hoard? Ask my hubby and he’ll say EVERYTHING (“How can one person use so many Cricuts at one time!?!?”)! But I have TONS of cardstock & paper but that’s the basis of paper crafting after all, right? My second hoard was started by you, my dear – thin dies! I love them! I recently took everything off of my Clip-it-Up & now it’s home to only thin dies and any matching stamps! As much as I love my Cricuts, there’s nothing like a card made with dies!
Again, Happy Anniversary and thank you for inspiring us so much!

Another set of wonderful cards. I like the different color ways. Shows how the same design can change just by changing the color. I have a couple go to designs that I use. Just change up the color and the sentiment and you have something quick and relatively easy. I do love dies. I have a bunch of them and it can sometimes get a bit overwhelming when trying to design from scratch but I wouldn’t give up a single one. Hope you have a wonderful crafty day.ReplyCancel

I find that hoarding my “first” creations isn’t all that I hoard! As I look around my things I see that I also hoard beautiful papers. I really didn’t realize that I was hoarding them! When looking for papers for different projects, I would pull out these favorites and then tell myself that these papers didn’t fit with what I wanted to make.”I’ll use them on another project that needs to be for someone special.” Not.ReplyCancel

We had to move, didn’t have computer access. Then my sweetheart was diagnosed with cancer. It’s been 2 years, in his recovery. So that took precedence over everything else. Congrats on your anniversary! Hugs, Jess

i hoard dies! Oh and stamps! Mmm and colouring mediums! I love my Spellbinder dies and the basics of my cards are always made with those and my Grand Calibur. I have just ordered the card creator dies so my layering will improve and of course I need both sets! I also just ordered the new Fox die because I have to have that one too! When I can’t sleep, I just lay there and design cards, and I’m soon asleep! Dies and designs, day and night! Your ideas are a great inspiration for me so please keep them coming!ReplyCancel

First and for most I must say HAPPY 7th ANNIVERSARY, I really don’t know when I started following you, but I know it has been a long time. I have gained so much inspiration from you, where it is the verses that you use, the designs, the way you can get more from one die by using it in a different way with adding your own touch, the colors that you choose, the ribbon and flowers. You have a God given talent that you have been able to share with us when even things are rough on you, you can go the extra mile just so that we can try to make a card like Becca’s. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have given me in these years and I hope that you will have another 7 or more. Now this year will mark my 70th, can hardly believe it’s coming around, I still feel like I’m 50.

    Hugs and God Bless,

I am a bonafide paper hoarder. My sister has threatened an invention several times. I get it from EVERYWHERE, Hobby Stores (Hobby lobby, Michaels, Joann’s), 99 cent stores, discount clothing stores (Marshall’s and TJ Maxx), I’ve even starting purchasing orgami paper from Japenese Supermarkets. (Hey you’d suprised at how versatile it is and the colors/designs are amazing.) You name it! Anyway, I love your cards and I’m always so inspired by your designs. Thanks for sharing!ReplyCancel

I think my dies, stamps and embossing folders collection definitely would come under the heading of serious hoarding. I was tidying my craft room at the weekend, reorganising stuff to make room for another few recent purchases, when I realized I haven’t used quite a few of these things. I have a compulsion to add to my growing collection whenever I see another pretty item or sample of what it can help me achieve. You inspire me to want/need stuff I don’t have yet (or you could say hoard more) however, I must try to make more time for using them and enjoying them. Thanks for the inspiration you share so generously.xReplyCancel

ok Becca thanks for the chance to win, you know I would be happy with just a card or two from you. That would be an awesome gift too. this card is lovely, spellbinders has become one of my favorite sites to visit and order from. Thanks to you!! So, I guess my dies and paper are my two favorite hoarding vices, along with everything else. Except now I don’t have the space to hoard stuff so I have to be selective in my purchases. But my dies will keep growing, they don’t take up much space and they are reusable.!! CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 7TH ANNIVERSARY, I looked back and guess who was one of your first bloggers. I promise to keep up with you till I leave this place.

Congratulations Becca on your blog anniversary! YES, I had to do it! I went back and read your first post. LOL It was so familiar to me in so many ways. I began my stamping journey 15 yrs. ago and I have been hooked ever since. I have to say my BIGGEST “collection” (hoard) is paper! But, I have recently got into using Distress inks and I am beginning to hoard those! (Quite honestly, I “think” I have a problem! Hehe!) Seriously though, although I don’t blog, I enjoy reading and following others. It is inspiring to know that we all struggle at times yet we are not alone and even through crafting we find such peace! Thanks for sharing a part of yourself in your blog!ReplyCancel

  • Dottie DavisFebruary 10, 2015 - 3:26 pm

I love checking out your blog on a regular basis to see a possible new way of using one of the Spellbinder dies. I don’t always come up quickly with a combination of dies that work together but I know that I can peruse your site and maybe find one that will work for my occasion. So thanks for sharing your creations. The last thing I would say about “hoarding” paper crafting items would be that I “collect” what I think I “need.” Now comes the definition of what do I “need.” That’s always debatable but I do love the dies, paper, inks and stains and sprays. I know I have what I “need” in case theres a project they require. I love paper, touch it, stare at it, and put it away many times cause it is just too pretty to cut! Thanks for the chance to win the XPlorer!ReplyCancel

  • Anne (UK)February 11, 2015 - 4:29 am

Hope you have had a week of fun to celebrate your blogaversary! Thanks again for all you post which inspires us all!
So, back for another confession! I hoard card.
The card I mean is rather different from the card available in the US. It is generally a heavier weight (250 – 325 gsm) and the most common size is A4, which is a metric size – 297mm (not sure why it’s such an odd dimension!) x 210mm. That’s roughly 11.7″ x 8.25″. Consequently, our card sizes are different and an A2 size for us measures 16.5″ x 23.4″ – so not too many cards made in an A2 (metric) size! The heavier weight and thickness of our card affects the way it cuts using low profile dies and how it embosses, using embossing folders or the emboss function of dies.
So, I hoard card – different colours, different textures, different designs – and often cannot part with the ‘special’ sheets!
    Hugs
    Anne (UK) xReplyCancel

    Good morning Becca,
My hoard of card is probably more than some wee shops without a shadow of a doubt as i panic if i run out of a colour so i have so many big boxes full it is ridiculous and i keep having a clean out just unfortuately that it mostly goes back in. What hubby says when we come to move will probably make the air a blue colour so i will leave it at that flower.
I am so happy that you have had a wonderful blogging anniversary and that you still enjoy it as much as you did to start with which is the main thing. I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week,

Anniversary Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Quietfire Design - The Future is Uncertain - www.amazingpapergrace.com
Hi there sweet friends!  The thing about Valentines Day cards is that I think we often make the card we’d love to receive . . . call me guilty.   No worries about that and even though pink and white, draped with flowers, lace and bows and handing it over to a man – works . . . today I wanted to do something different.  I wanted to make a Valentines Day card that would work just as well for an anniversary, and I wanted to work with something other then pink, white and red.   Recently I found lovelies from Quietfire Design in my mailbox and all the sentiments had to do with love,  just in time for Valentines Day!!   BUT, since these don’t say Valentines Day specifically, I do think they will work all year around and fit quite neatly into the ‘Anniversary’ and ‘In Love’ categories in my stash.  So here’s a card that could go for either using a sentiment called The Future is Uncertain.
Anniversary Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Quietfire Design - The Future is Uncertain - www.amazingpapergrace.com
I’m using the new Spellbinders Floral Affair, Spellbinders Reflection, and Spellbinders Classic Ovals SM.   I opted for silver and navy because every once in a while I have to give cream and gold a rest :-)

CRAFT SUPPLIES I USED
Stamps: Quietfire Design, The Future is Uncertain
Craft Paper
: Bazzill, The Fine Touch, Silver Poster Board, Coredinations
Ink: Clear Snap – Chianti
Accessories:  Spellbinders Floral Affair, Spellbinder Reflection, Spellbinders Classic Ovals SM,  Satin Ribbon, Prima Pearls, Recollection Pearls, clear embossing powder

Hope your day is spectacular!  Thanks for stopping by, and I’ll see you soon.

Question Parking Lot:
Several have asked which set the heart on the bow came from – it’s the smallest in the Spellbinders Floral Affair set :-)

The navy and silver works for me Becca, it makes a lovely Valentine and I feel funny about giving my DH a pink, flowery card. I might rework my idea for his card into navy.ReplyCancel

Becca, this card is pure elegance. But I’m wondering, as Treen did in an earlier post, about the mauve heart that adorns the bow on the card. I did not recognize it in your product list, and am curious as to where it came from and what it is called???ReplyCancel

Hi Becca, this card is so beautiful. I have my birthday on the 13th February. Then valentines day , then our wedding anniversary on the 29th February, so we celebrate it on the 28th this year. So you have inspired me as usual to make a different card for my hubby this year, was thinking of the normal red but have changed my mind to the lovely blue. Thanks so much for all your inspiration. God bless you.
