Good morning!  I’m sharing another Christmas card today.  This one, from a new JustRite Stampers set called Vintage Christmas, features many of the traditional Christmas Symbols we’ve come to know.  I’ve paired it up with Graphic 45 paper and some embellies!   My circles are cut with Spellbinders Standard Circles Large and Standard Circles Small.  I topped my medallion off with Spellbinders Lacey Circles.


I had a fun time with the inside as well.  Using a sentiment from Christmas Nested – Sentiments and Verse it’s easy to see that the verses works just as well inside as they do on the outside of the card. I used one of my favorite Spellbinders, Fancy Tags, to highlight the sentiment.

    Hi Becca, I’ve just stumbled onto your blog and I’m very glad I did! I can’t remember how I got here… But I just wanted to thank you for all your storeage ideas. I particularly like the ribbon one. I have a small space at the back end of our living room. It’s about the last 4 or 5 feet, and the width of the room which is about 6.5 feet….if that. But it’s my space and I love it. I also read your first comment and I find that I feel the way you do in many ways. It’s so nice to ‘meet’ someone new who feels the same. Hi there, today is our Magnolia Birthday Blog Hop.  We’re celebrating the birthday of the owner of Magnolia-licious, Diana Crick.  Happy Birthday Diana!!  For the blog hop each of us has made a birthday card and a 3D birthday item to show.  Sit down with your cup of coffee and jump around and see how the team celebrates Magnolia Style.   I’m leading off so you are definitely in the right place but if you get lost along the way, just hop over to the Magnolia-licious Highlites Blog for the Blog Hop List Order.   Stay with me through the post and I’ll direct you to your next stop along the way.

For my card I used a sweet little #3015 Sparkling Tilda (she’s soooo sweet), colored with Copic Markers.   I used Spellbinders Lacey Squares and Classic Squares Small to create a window for her.  I love using Spellbinders Tags Five to hang a sweet little Happy Birthday sentiment.  I lined flowers along the bottom and added ribbon and a button.  Speaking of button, my gift item is a button holder in matching paper.  It has two little jars filled with buttons that match the card and paper.

Hi there.  Working on some things so have a card to share today.  I love the colors on this flower that was rescued from a bouquet in the dollar bin at Michaels.  I pulled it off the stem and filled the center with pearls – it was my inspiration today.  It’s big but it found its way into the center of my card and I still had room for a couple of other things.  I’m using a new sentiment from the August Releases with Our Daily Bread Designs set called Happy Fall.  It says "Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.  James 3:18. 

I used Spellbinders Lotus Pendant to embellish the edges of my card.  For the three vertical columns I used the swirly from Fanciful Holiday and finished with a tag from Ribbon Tags Trio Two.  The little curlicue next to the tag is also a part of Fanciful Holidays.  Even though it is still hot, hot, hot, not sure if for cardmaking I’m ready to move into fall.  There’s still so much summer stamping I want to do.  Fall sure won out today :-)

    It looks just awesome Becca, and I too just love these fallcolors, and I think they looks great even I´m not ready for fall yet either, as we haven´t had much sumer at all here in Denmark the last 4 to 5 years, so we´re really longing for a really long and good warm summer here, butas the rain has started again now, I´m afraid we wount get anymore this year either, so it sure warms to see such a beauty.Wonderful work as always hun.

    This is absoluteluy beautiful Becca. I just love the fall colors. Just so happens I made a floral arrangement with that same flower a couple of months ago! A friend re-decorated her livingroom and black was her color so I used that color a focal and splash of color, it is beautiful.

    This is absoluteluy beautiful Becca. Love the colors and that beautiful bow. Your bows always draw my eye first then they lead me over the rest of your card. Each card is like a yummy desert. This one is like my favorite, pumpkin pie. Yummmm :)
