Well, guess whose lucky day it is?  Someone here will win some goodies today!!  So if you have ever drooled over these lovely Quietfire sentiments (the way I do), I’m hoping that luck will be on your side.   I’m honored that I could participate in the first ever Quietfire Blog Hop – today is Day 7!  The Blog Hop has been going on all week long and every day fabulous prizes have been tallied up for some lucky hoppers.  If you have not had a chance to play yet, you still have a chance today and tomorrow.  You will definitely want to hop over and see Monica Black who is hosting Day 8.   Okay, first about the card then I’ll tell you what you need to do to win.

I dissected a fabulous piece of Graphic 45 paper to come up with this themed card.  The Design paper had Twas the Night before Christmas and I thought it would be a lovely backdrop to Suzanne’s fabulous hand penned sentiment – Hold On To The Spirit of Christmas. As embellishment I used Spellbinders Lattice Pendant, Spellbinders Labels Four and Spellbinders Fancy Tags.

On each blog please leave your comment in the comments section for a chance to win a grab bag of Quietfire Design Rubber Stamps.

A name will be chosen randomly from the list of comments on each blog entry and the name of the winner will be posted on that blog the next day. Then hop on over to the next blog on the list to see the fabulous art work done with Quietfire stamps and to leave a comment to enter the drawing for that blog.

The winner must contact suzanne@quietfiredesign.com to claim their prize!!!

Here is the list of participating blogs.

I often wonder how you rest at night – instead of visions of sugar plums, do you have visions of stamps and sentiments??
    Love this one!! Always inspiring!ReplyCancel

This month the Magnolia-licious Design Team was offered a sketch challenge.  Well, knowing how I love sketch challenges, I pulled out the papers and got to work.  Incidentally you can see what everyone came up with HERE.  For my card I chose the sweetest little Magnolia – #306 Tilda with Garland.  Since she’s already holdng up the words Merry Christmas, I decided to let that go for the sentiment.  Be sure to check out the huge stock of Magnolias at the new Magnolia-licious Store!

I flipped the design and took a smidgen of creative license by using ribbon instead of another panel.  It’s all good, right!?!  Tilda is colored with Copics Markers and for a little bit of embellishment I took a Martha Stewart Corner punch and used it for a corner piece topped with a button.

Lol, I don’t know what I’ll do next Christmas season when my favorite Making Memories paper is truly old and perhaps discontinued.  Oh well, perhaps using it another couple of times this season I’ll use it all up!!

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  Magnolia – #306 – Tilda holding Garland
Paper:  Making Memories, Bazzill
Ink:  Memento Black Tuxedo
Accessories:  Copic Markers, Ribbon, Martha Stewart Corner Punch, Button

Thanks for stopping by today!!  Have a blessed weekend!
