Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Swirling Grace and Spellbinders Marcheline Plume - see full supply list at www.amazingpapergrace.com/?p=32616
Hello sweet friends!  I hope you can handle one more layered card – this one was kind of done upon request.  These past weeks I’ve been layering two filigree card fronts in order to make easy layered card. Some of these dies you might have in your stash and have used them as card fronts before. Now by layering one curvy template over top of another, it creates a wispy frame with enough real estate to stamp a sentiment. Today the base frame that I hinged together is Swirling Grace and on top I added Marcheline Plume.  Keep scrolling today – it’s Tuesday so there’s more inspiration to follow from the Creative Team.

Baby Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Ornamental Crest and Spellbinders Marcheline Plume - see full supply list at www.amazingpapergrace.com/?p=32589Sweet friends, one of my dear friends is having a baby.  We already know what it is going to be so no need to wait to start showering them with beautiful joy to signal the lovely life event.  I wanted an easy card but also one with the signature layering style I’ve called my own over the years. You can do it too – the design of the dies makes it easy.  My dies are fairly light and airy and lend themselves to stacking – I start out by pulling two dies that have the same types of curves and where one is considerably smaller than the other. Today I picked Marcheline Plume to go on top because it is quite a bit smaller. The second die that I made into a hinged card is Ornamental Crest. Just two dies, that’s it. I picked Quietfire Design – The Moment A Child is Born because it fit my occasion to a ‘t’ and because this lovely was in my mailbox today!

Here are the steps to make this simple and quick card:
1.  Create your hinged card base using the hinge technique
2.  Stamp sentiment high on your center panel
3.  Add second die on top (it needs an aperture)
4.  Add bow, pearls and flower.

The hinge technique is –> HERE.

Gift Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Spellbinders Botanical Heart Pair, Spellbinders Pierced Squares and Spellbinders Graceful Tiny Tags and Stamps - full supply list and links at www.amazingpapergrace.com/?p=32581
We had great fun earlier this week Thinking Outside the Box during our Blog Hop.  There were many lovely gifts created unexpectedly with dies that normally make cards.  As promised, three lucky winners get dies (from the Vintage Elegance Collection) to play with and the names are listed at the bottom of my post.  I’m popping in today with a card to share and the winner names.  As mentioned before, if your name is picked – to claim your prize simply click the contact tab on my blog and leave your name with your die choice.

Anytime I write a blog post I try to make some eye candy for you to see when you visit.  It’s true that I’m on a gold and cream kick, it’s kind of my signature colors and that flashy gold is something I was using even when gold was not cool.  Well, it’s always cool with me and today I created a gift card to join many others in my stash.  Today I’m using a 6″ x 6″ card base.  The focal element in the center is called Botanical Heart Pair and it is framed with Pierced Squares.  I tied a Graceful Tiny Tag (with tiny matching stamps) on to the bow just to let the receiver know the intent.  Pretty quick and simple!
