Well, this is my last add-on for the Blogaversary as comments close down tonight at Midnight CST (as long as I’m awake, lol!). Paint my face sad because this has been a lot of fun and it’s been good reading for me (and hopefully you) this week. You all are fabulous and because of that you sure make blogging easy for me! So, here is another trinket for the box! Who can ever have enough buttons! I put my most used colors into these little apothecary jars (4.5″ tall, from Hobby Lobby) and keep them within an arms reach. Well there you have it!
I’m working on something in the studio today so I’ll be back soon. I don’t know how the weather is where you are, but finally today here, it’s glorious outside. I hope to be out there too for a while!!
How exciting!! Can’t wait to see what you’ve been working on…I should be working on stuff myself! ;0) Have a good night!
Hi Becca –
What a sweet looking little jar! It’s so cute! Can’t wait to see what you are working on in the studio.
Elaine Allen
I agree Becca, it’s really been fun this week and I can’t wait to see what you are working on today. Grateful for sunshine and warm temps. Gonna take my boys camping this evening.
What a great add-on. Love all the beautiful colors.
I love the deep colors of the buttons. Looking forward to seeing your latest project!
Your bowmaker is fabulous. I Love buttons!
Wonderful! hugs, Frances.
Love buttons! You mentioned weather…my almond tree in blossoming and the bees are loving it! I live in Las Vegas NV and we ex pect rain for the next few days and cooler temps (around 50 degees). I like looking at pictures of snow, but I grew up in snow and have lived in southern NV for more than 30 yrs so I really like my mild winters and early springs. Love and warmth to all. -Mary Kaye
Oooo, I love, love, love buttons! These look so cute in this container. The weather is beautiful here in MN today. I think I must get out for a while, too!
Wow a whole lot of buttons!!! I need to start you buttons as embellishments on my cards!!! Thanks Becca
I have my grandmother’s button jar, and my mom’s and love new buttons too. Thanks for adding them to your giveaway.
I love buttons!! I have several jars but I can always use more. I’m grateful for good friends and family and their support.
Can’t wait to see who the lucky winner is! This is the CUTEST little jar of buttons! Love it.
I have alot of buttons but I like this jar of mixed colors. Cute…
Hi Becca, another great surprise. Love the buttons. And I love your bow tutorial. Now to figure out how to make that bow maker! LOL!
Can’t have too many buttons! They, along with designer paper, seem to be my weakness. I’m going to look at HL for these cute little jars.
Lovely buttons! Little ones which are so easily to use on a card.
Thanks for offering this!
Very nice buttons and jar! Buttons are like paper…you can’t ever get enough!
Becca
I love, love, love the little jars and spoon. They are too cute to give away! One of the many side effects of paper crafting. Hee hee. Now for something I am grateful for today. I would choose my Tessa. She is my 6 pound Pomeranian. She’s always here for me. I cannot imagine heaven without my four legged friends.
Sharon L
Buttons, ribbon, designer paper, glue, and cutters are the great thing to always have handy. Thanks for sharing all of the things with us this week. The little jar is so cute and we don’t have Hobby Lobby by us so I’m envying those of you who do.
I look forward to seeing what you are creating! We are up over freezing today- in fact- it may get up to 50! Wahoo! Thanks for the fun week of posting- what a fun Blogversary you are having and we are enjoying it too!
A girl can never have too many buttons — they’re just like ribbon — no matter what ribbon in each style/color I have, there’s often not the right width, shade, finish to perfectly go with what I’m creating — same with buttons!!! LOVE this sweet little jar too & remember them from your previous post!!! Oh my, I think I may have missed commenting yesterday, so must go to your Blogaversary post right now. . .can’t wait to see what your glorious creation for today will be?!!!
I love buttons too, Becca. After the 2nd WW when times were hard here in the UK, my dear mother and grandmother would never throw any garment away unless the buttons had been removed first. While clearing out my mothers home we found several jars of buttons, some of them were the old rubber ones from liberty bodis garments, (does anyone remeber those – LOL!). Some were the stud buttons from mens shirt collars. In a strange way, they seemed like jars of memories and I couldn’t bare to throw them all away.
I’m digressing….Thank you! for another lovely ‘Giveaway’ xx
Love the little jar of buttons great add-on. The weather here today is not bad at all but coming this weekend it’s back to the winter weather again. Have a wonderful day.
That is the most adorable jar of buttons. Looking forward to your new project.
Oh what an adorable little jar! And just full of buttons too! Thanks so much for this fun week of rememberances! I espeically love the bow maker you put together. And yes John would absolutely be proud. And who’s to say he doesn’t smile on you from above each time you use it!
Hugs, Jess

Well, I think I have already commented, but you asked about the weather. It is snowing here on the east coast of Vancouver Island. We haven’t had much snow this winter but here it is, but not expected to last. We have been promised by the weatherman that the sun will come out this afternoon and melt it all away.
Your blog is wonderful! I think I have already told you that. Thank you!
Jane
love your blog you are a most talented person
hugs
Looking forward to your next project and hoping I make it into my craft room after work today. Almost done winding ribbon spools – yours was such a great idea to see what I have all in one place and the rings hanging on the wall just weren’t cutting it for me. Once the spools are done, I can empty off the rings. Cannot wait to see all my ribbons and lace in one place!!! Thank you!

Long story but today I made some people laugh and I am grateful for that.
We all need to exercise for those face muscles regularly!
How sweet! I love buttons! Is that a little scoop in there? Thanks, Becca!
Love! buttons. Some I love so much that I have a hard time parting with them. =) It is raining here in So California. This part of CA borders on desert so rain, as long as it is not too much for flood and slide areas, is welcome. I can see my grass and flowers smiling as they get a lovely shower. {{ }}

Every time I go into a store I end up in the button section! Thank you for such a fun little item for us to try for. I love the little jar! I’m going to have to devise ways to keep the items I use most in more pretty little containers! I don’t have much room, and I have to think of function first, but I’m sure I could come up with more pleasing storage if I think hard enough!
Thank you Becca!
Becca,

That little jar is so stinkin’ cute with the spool attached to the side! I can’t think of a better way to dig through a jar of buttons looking for that special one! TFS!
Snow…my 1 year old little Tootsie is mesmerized by it’s first site for her eyes. What a joy to see and feel with a tear in Grandma Tootsies eyes!
I have a special someone for your buttons Becca…
Buttoning it up…
Within the last year I have been Thankful to transform my extra bedroom into my studio. While I was doing this I went through all of my supplies which left a box full…or 2! These were given to my 6 year old grand daughter, Toots’ sister, for her own. The creations have been limitless and she too is finding her “art of the heart”.
“Yes” to greater things….
ooh, buttons are one of my obsessions. i love them. old, new, colorful, glass, bone and horn, military, you name it and i have them. can’t have enuff of them. that being said i guess i don’t really need these but they look so pretty in a glass jar with a ribbon on it. becca, you are so generous. thank you.
You are a sweetheart! Who does not love buttons? That jar is pretty fabulous too!
Who would think that something as utilitarian as a button would bring oohs and aahs? I have done it I know. They are so fun to add to a card.
Someone is going to be doing the happy dance when you pick the winner.
What a lovely way to hold buttons. We are having quite a bit of snow right now, but in Calgary Alberta that can chance in 5 minutes.
Oh I love buttons Grace! I collect vintage buttons and whenever I find buttons (even new ones), I add them to my stash. Thanks for this fun game you have been playing with us :)
i could use the buttons. We have a project at Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary Workshop that is using a lot of buttons. We make items and sell them at our annual SAWA Boutique. The money is used to support the various Corps in the area. Love buttons!
Oh oh oh! I love buttons!
I gave up posting on the original blogaversary post, as it takes such a long time to load, I was afraid my computer would blow up!! LOL.
Today, I’m, again, thankful for a beautiful day, good health, and that my mom is still here for me to talk to and visit with.
May God bless you richly, Becca

Thank you for making this so much fun. I have really enjoyed reading the comments of fellow stampers and scrapbookers. I love buttons. They are one of my favorite embellishments. You can do so much with them and they are relatively easy to send through the mail. The colors and shapes are endless. Thank you again for you generosity, and sharing your knowledge and creativity with us. By the way it is cold and snowing where I am today, so enjoy your beautiful weather even if it might only be for the day. LOL Kathleen
Becca, you are always finding good usable containers, ones that can be used for something else when the original product is finished. Great ideas that you always come up with.
Wow, this is a great idea…love the looks as well. What a great add on…also, thanks for all the inspiration you share on your blog. It is awesome and your work is stunning…
Very cute jar. I am grateful for my Lord and Savior Jesus.
Love the buttons. I just purchased a flower stamp that would look great with those buttons in the center. Thank you for all your inspirational blogs, I have learned so much from following your blog. You are VERY talented.
Becca, your most used colors are wonderful! I bought a bunch of buttons the other day and it is amazing how fast they get used.
Have you ever had those days when you can kick yourself? Well I can telll you that it hurts. Two years ago I cleaned out my Mom’s home and I tossed so many buttons, trim – you name it in the trash. This would make a great start over for me.
Becca,
The weather here is great too. At last the snow & ice is melting. I am thankful for that because we could not go out our back door or basement door because of the pile up of snow & ice. This has been great fun just thinking how God has blessed us in so many ways.
Vicky
Very pretty jar. Thank goodness we don’t have to guess the number. lol
Happy blog-aversary again! ;-)
What glorious buttons…my favorite things! At least today,it is 40degrees in MIchigan.
I am grateful for the blogs I visit and the treasures with which they’re filled.

Oh my goodness, that little jar filled with buttons is ever so cute.
I would be happy just looking at it, let alone using the buttons out of it! :)
Yay! what wonderful colours in your button jar – they would make any crafter very happy.
Today I am thankful from my good old PC – I’ve spent hours hopping around the craft blogs of the world. These are the good old days!!!
This has been fun, even if I did miss a day or so I think on the add ons. I loved the peg bow tutorial, great job on making it by the way. I didn’t show my hubby as you asked, not because I think he would be critical, but because he would say see she’s handy with the tools you can do it also! NOT!!! LOL *Ü*
ooh lovely buttons. The jar is cute too. Enjoy the weather
hugs sarahx
I am sitting here laughing as when my kids were all younger, out grew clothes–ones that were worn, I would cut off all the buttons, all of them, hubby would laugh and I said never know when you might need just one and here they are now being used for card making–LOVE IT!
What a lovely collection of buttons. You are so generous :o)
Hugs
Anne (UK) x
Sitting here laughing after reading about the buttons. When the kids were younger and they outgrew worn clothes I would cut off all the buttons, hubby would be laughing, and I said you never know when you might need just 1 button and here now they re being used in card making–LOVE IT!
I’m sporadic in entering for this! I would love to wink, but I’ve been in an uncrafty and lurky mood this week! I’m thankful that I have almost a whole week off from school starting tomorrow!
Congratulations again hon, your blog is always an inspiration.
Buttons, buttons who’s got the buttons! Every card is better with buttons.
Hi Becca,
Love the buttons. And I love your bow tutorial.
take care
**Milu**
My grandchildren love playing with my buttons. I could just cry though, our daughters played with their grandmother’s buttons, when they were little, using them to decorate strawberry baskets. These buttons were all thrown away with the baskets. Thinking about this makes me cry because she had some buttons from her mother (which would have been from the 1850- 1899 era.). Great add on. Thanks for the chance to win.
Button button – Becca’s has the Buttons! What a cute idea and container. And don’t you just love little wooden spoons? Great idea!
Will be waiting to see today’s creation. Very mild in IL today as well. :)
fantastic jar!!!! Button, love buttons!!!!! Someone is gonna be so happy! Hoping it’s me!!!!!
wow love your button jar- you have such nice things for storage and great ideas
Becca,
The button jar is just the cutest.
Your generousity is as fantastic, as yourself. Thanks for being so generous.
Marion
whooooeeee, spring has sprung! 51 here today.
Button, who has the button. Lots of pretty colors in that cute little jar.
I too am thankful for a small break in the weather. Tomorrow it is supposed to get up near 50 and I am SOOOO looking forward to it. Of course, it will be cold again over the weekend but we need this small promise of spring. As I have gotten older I really like winter less and less, but the rest of the year I love living where I live. It is interesting sometimes to realize what brings and then keeps a person in a particular area of the country (world).
Gratefulness for me encompasses where I live and all of the events that brought me to this spot. My family is truly a “Heinz 57” because we have so much variety in our ethnic backgrounds. It is amazing how God brought together people from so many areas of the world to form my family. Thank you, God!
Becca,
Your tips on organization are very, very helpful to a newbie! Your projects are always beautiful and inspire love and faith. Congratulations on five years of blogging. I have a blog reserved, but I am too chicken to post anything.
I haven’t used buttons a lot, but the bright colors are real nice. It would be fun experimenting on using them. With Spring around the corner, I can already think of some ideas. Waiting to see your next card or project.
THank you for opportunities and products to win.
Don’t you just love jars of buttons. One of my favorite things. I love the little spoon attached. This has been such fun – just seeing all the fun items, even if I don’t win anything.
You’re a doll! no matter how simple something may be, you make it look so elegant! Wow!!
As a child, I, like many of you, played with old buttons. Strung onto a loop of string to be used as a noise maker toy, sewn onto sock dolls as eyes, used as lost playing pieces on board games or as even pirate booty. Who would have known that years later many of us would love another chance to play with Grandma’s cast-off buttons? Thank you Becca for taking us all back to our childhood; a place where a simple button could transform into a magical treasure.
Hugs & Smiles & Dreams
Don’t you just love jars with buttons. Fun items.
Button, Button, Whose got the Button. Becca! I just can’t seem to get enough buttons. Hope I win your Bottle of Buttons.
The robins showed up yesterday so…the Christmas lights came down today! It was a glorious day. Enjoy wherever you are.
The only trouble with a pot like this – I would HAVE to keep taking the buttons out to have a look at. Don’t use buttons as much as I should as I like hoarding them. Best wishes, Kym xxx
Love your freebies. Thanks.
Snow is about 75% gone in eastern Iowa. Thanks for the chance to win “wonderful stuff” Becca.
i Always have fun on your site heck I check it morning and nite just to make sure I dont miss anything!!!
That jar is so darn cute! We also have beautiful weather!!
I love buttons too! Our weather is beautiful today, didn’t even have to wear a jacket. Thanks for your amazing blog, so much info and gorgeous creations. Hugs to you!
Buttons are much like paper can never have enough………………….
I’ve been checking in daily and commenting each day in the original thread. Now I’m confused whether I should have been commenting on each new “Add-on” post, LOL. In either case, I’ve been loving your creations and enjoying everyone else’s comments. Today I’m grateful for my upcoming vacation with two dear friends.
So cute! thank you for the gifts. Kisses
What a wonderful add on to the giveaway Becca! Beautiful day here on SW Ontario – sunny and reached 43 today, last week it was bitter cold, and snowing
LOVE BUTTONS. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MANY.
As so many have said, you can never have enough buttons! Or paper, or punches, or stamps, or ribbon……Let’s face it, gals, we are all addicts to our hobby! The jar is adorable & love the added spoon!
You’re so good to us. Thanks for adding another goody. Can’t wait to see what you’re working on in your studio.
Cute idea for the buttons, I keep mine in little jars as well, funny how I tend to use the same color buttons the most and then others just sit there.
Hi Becca
Buttons are one of my favourtie embellishment too. I love the dimension they give to my cards.
This has been so much fun, especially hopping along to check out the blogs of the other girls who follow you
hugs

I have so enjoyed participating in your Blogaversary. I especially enjoyed watching the video of the Peg Bows. I’ve already enlisted my husband to make one for me. Congratulations and I look forward to following more of your blog. I learn so much. Thanks for all you do!
Love the colorful buttons. I just finished crocheting lots of little flowers that could use some of those adorable buttons in the centers.
Becca’s beautiful buttons! Love ’em!!
Oh, it is beautiful here in the SE Arizona desert. Temps near 80 with a soft breeze. Wish it would stay that way but we are in for another “cooling off” period with possibility of rain. Not gonna complain because we really need some rain here in the desert.
OOOOhhhh how I love these jars and the buttons just jazz it up! I have looked for these jars at Hobby Lobby and couldn’t find them:( You have been so gracious. Thanks, Becca!!
L love the button jar. When I was little my grandma had a button jar and I loved to look at all the different designs and colors. Your cards are fab! I wish a had a thimble full of your talent. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much once again, I hope you’ll enjoy the day out there too, we do tend to get caught up inside. Really looking forward to your new creation, as always we sit and wait with abated breath :) so we can drool over your next post. lol, Happy Blogaversary once again

You are too kind!! Thankful that I will have more inspiration from you. So appreciate your kindness in sharing your great talent!!!
What a cute way to keep buttons handy. You are so great for sharing.
When I started out, my first item was simply stamping and a card. Now a few years later I have found flowers, buttons, various types of papers, various types of adornments, ribbons and much much more. I love making books that people can journal in and put their own thoughts in. People like you Becca who are willing to share what God has given them in their creativity, help us to share with others. Thank you. Blessings to you.
This is so cute! I wish we had Hobby Lobby!
Thank you so much Becca for sharing your talent with us, I love that peg bow maker …. have something to be so grateful for in that alone because I cannot tie a bow, I have watched your tutorials over and over and am getting better but think this will do the trick, off to the hardware store..tks again.

Those were the fastest weeks in crafting. I learned quite a bit and I have bought my findings for some pins(even found a string of different colored beads of angels at Pat Catan’s, I need to practice with my bows, crossing my fingers for a peg bow maker…maybe for Mother’s Day and to soon own some Parisian Dies. You have shared with so many beauties and I surely have enjoyed the daily videos, with tidbits thrown in. May you continue to be blessed in every good thing.
Hugs, Jeanielou

I am thankful that my family is helping me with my medical problems and that they see to it that I have what I need to make cards are part of my therapy. I don’t get to do much but my doctor says that making cards and scrapbooking helps wioth my memory process. It makes me use my brain in ways that normal therapy does not. I have a wonderful family and a wonderful doctor.

I love the apothecary jars. I use them for buttons, gems, ribbons, and even just a couple empties on the shelf for visual interest. But I keep finding things to fill them up with. They also make a great place to put my new daubers . That way when I need a fresh one, they are in easy reach. Thanks Becca for your beautiful inspirations.
What a great addition! Love the buttons
Ooh! Buttons! Fun, fun!
The last time to post but what fun it has been. Now to wait and see who the lucky winner is. That little jar of buttons is just so cute. I wonder if Michaels has those little jars. We had snow where we are today so it’s still winter. Love all your creations, Becca. They’re just wonderful.
All your creations are wonderful Becca and never fail to inspire. Your peg bow maker is so clever! So Happy Blogaversary!! Becca and thank you so much for sharing your talents with us all.
Thank you for this opportunity to consider all the areas of my life that are blessed and that I am thankful for. Today, I would like to give thanks for my job which allows me to work with lovely children who learn, and grow and blossom in confidence. It is a pleasure and a privilege to watch.
There are so many things I am thankful for, but today, the blessng on my mind is my grand daughter, Lilianna, who turned 5 today. Last night, when her mother went into her room to kiss her goodnight, she found Lilianna sobbing into her pillow. When asked what was wrong, she tearfully answered, “I don’t want to turn 5 tomorrow. I LIKE being 4”. It’s funny how early these little ones become conscious of time passing. I pray that she enjoys being 5 every bit as much as she enjoyed being 4. Her little brother turns 2 next week and is quite happy about it. I am also very thankful for him. God has richly blessed us all!
Bless you, Becca for this opportunity to share a few of the many blessings we have been given.
Becca, I just love the buttons and the cute little jar it came in.! It’s been a fun blog hop!

Becca, you’ll make me go to the poorhouse! I just love the new stamp companies you’ve introduced me to. JustRite is amazing and has just the right types of things I’ve looked for. Same for Our Daily Bread. Thank you. I’ve not used ribbon, but you’ve convinced me that I should. Will try it soon. When I look at the galleries on other sites your work just stands out in the crowd! Thank you for sharing so willingly and creating such works of art for us to try to achieve on our own.
Love the jar of buttons. Sweet colors
