Oh happy weekend blog friends!! It’s busy at my house but I sat down long enough to pull a card together. Try as I may to adjust and edit, the ink on my sentiment is a peachy color but it looks hot pink in my picture and I have no clue why. I resisted hanging on tightly to anything in my comfort zone except the pearls, lol!! The paper I used has a little square motif on it so I put a teenie, tiny pearl in the center of each motif. I pulled one of the new Our Daily Bread Designs sets called Bird Border and Corners. The ground and the bird on the branch are separate stamps and I love that because you can adjust them to fit your situation! So I inserted a sentiment from Scripture Collection 5 into the scene.
I cut/embossed half of Spellbinders Grand Labels Four as my main focal panel and layered Spellbinders Floral Doily Accents on top for my sentiment. Up in the corner I put one of the elements from Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Motifs just to add a splash of color. I layered on pearls, lace and a flower to finish off.

Cameras and printers and such always change things. They have a hard time with certain colors and they also have a hard time showing glitter. Your card is very pretty. Love all of the lace and flowers. It’s a breath of spring. As always Becca. TFS!!! :-D
Love the card. You don’t say anything about the little roses under the quote. They look like they could be Becca ribbon flowers. LOVE the pearl accents. Are they all self adhesive or do you have to glue dot them or something to make them hold? Enjoy the weekend!

I love how you’ve used lace as a border on this card. I keep forgetting to pull mine out and try to use it on my own cards, but I guess since it’s with my sewing supplies, I don’t think about it. This is a lovely card, especially all those pearls! I especially like the Scripture verse you chose to use.
