I couldn’t resist casing a card from Wendy Weixler (Wendybell on Splitcoaststampers) who is Featured Stamper 92 this week. I set out to look through her gallery and my oh my, it was tough narrowing things down to one card to case. This week I find myself in need of a sympathy card for a friend so I was looking for something very clean cut, not too flashy yet a little bit elegant. The card of Wendy’s that I settled upon can be seen here.
I stamped and watercolored my tulip images and cut each with the Spellbinders Mega Nestabilities Curved Rectangles, popping up the center images for some dimension. For the hanging tag I used the Spellbinders Variety Tags set and framed over the top with a circle cut with Spellbinders Standard Circles, Large.
Supplies:
Stamps: Tulip – PSX Retired, Sentiment – Wordsworth – Comfort Collection, Script – Stampers Anonymous

Becca, another beautiful card. I so look forward to opening your blog every morning when I get to work. I am not hooked on my cuttle bug and am really wanted to venture into the nestabilities. Can I used the nestabilities with my cuttlebug machine or do I need to buy theirs? Thanks,

This is just georgous! Love the colors and the layout.
Becca,
This is so pretty and elegant. Purple is my favorite color, love how you colored the flower. It looks like a professional artist painted it. So pretty. Love the accent colors used with the purple. Loved all of it actually.
