How true is that sweet sentiment? It’s one of the new releases this month from Flourishes called Timeless Quotes. The Spellbinders Labels Four die is a beautiful way to showcase this sentiment. I cut/emboss each frame by using two of the templates at together, secured to the magnetic spacer that came with my Wizard. The piece left over from cutting the frame, the smaller Labels Four Die cut, was used for my stamping. The frames and the Labels Four diecut are popped up – that gave me ample room to intertwine the ribbon through the back. (Hint: No special ribbon tying involved here – the ribbon on the die cut is a piece of ribbon tied separately! Easy!!).
Buttons topped with pearls are the final embellishment for the card. I chuckled as I made this card because it was easier making myself use this Basic Grey – Sugared – especially after everyone weighed in here about their paper hoarding *grin*!
Card Recipe:
Stamps – Flourishes – Timeless Quotes
Paper – Basic Grey – Sugared, Bazzill
Ink: Colorbox Merlot embossed with Clear Embossing Powder
Accessories: Spellbinders Labels Four, Ribbon, Buttons, Pearls
It’s been a pleasure reading your comments this week – you all are quite the funny bunch!!
I love the saying and turned out beautiful! Not that we expect any less! smile

Absolutely beautiful. Showcasing the lovely sentiment with the double cutout dies is a wonderful touch.
Loved what you have done with the Spellbinders Lables It really made you saying stand out
Another ‘quietly’ beautiful card Becca. The verse is so encouraging – the die cuts frame it superbly and the pearls on the buttons a lovely touch. The ribbon is fantastic as always.

Hi Becca!! Have you read the book by Stormie Omartian, ” Just Enough Light For The Step I’m On” ?! One of the many reasons I love your cards, is that they cause me to think about Gods’ Word, His beautiful Scriptures. How precious they are. Your cards are breathtakingly beautiful!!! IRIS, SAVED BY GRACE!!!

Wow, the card is so elegant, it leaves me stunned at the beauty of it. I love the way you layered your dies. I know you mentioned a magnetic sacer for Wizard, how do you acheive the same lok with Cuttlebug? I would love to see a tutorial for this, it is just so gorgeous!

Oh no, I hit the button by accident and sent you the above card with typos….. I know you don’t like them. Sorry, ha, ha, lol, as much as I hate to admit this, I’m sure it will happen again.

Elegantly spectacular, Becca!
How exquisite! This is one of my all-time favorite quotes! I love how you used the dies…very clever! The paper you chose is perfect for this arrangement, although I would be tempted to hoard it myself! LOL! Thanks for more inspiring ideas, Becca! :)

Becca,
ever since I read that saying I’ve loved it! What a great thought. Faith really is like that, God will be with us or meet with us but we have to take that first step. I’ve told my husband I want that set. Guess we’ll have to wait and see what happens! :)
Thank you so much for sharing all that you do!
This card is so beautiful!! I just love your cards, they are so elegant.
Great card…especially the way you did the double die and of course, the saying!

Absolutely lovely, Becca! I’ve just scrolled through and looked at all I’ve missed. Since my computer problems I’ve gotten far too out of touch and it’s taking a long time to get in a new groove. Oh, my, how beautiful your work is! I’m sorry I’ve missed it till now, but what a delight it was to catch up! Thank you for always sharing such beauty!
I love this one. I depend a lot on faith!
Your work is absolutely beautiful!
*GASP* This is GORGEOUS!! Love how you used the Nestie dies to cut and emboss that beautiful frame.
Becca,
Your card is absolutely gorgeous. I love the pearls on the buttons, would never have thought of that. The paper you used is beautiful and looks so nice together. I am always in awe of the beauty of your work and know that you truly must be an Angel from above. Thank you for showing us a new way to use our nesties. I always know that I will be able to learn something new everytime I look at your stunning creations. Thanks again, don’t ever stop! We would miss you and your beautiful spirit so much.
So very lovely, as usual.
Jennifer
Becca….each time I come to your blog I am blown away! Your love of our Father shows, just by the time and effort you put into your cards! What a beautiful way to show your loving/giving spirit. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Hugs….
Stunningly GORGEOUS!!! I love it!
Love the pearl treatment on the buttons! Really nice!
Another great card but this time. you inspired me in
a different direction! An idea for something using just
a part of one of your treatments. Thanks!
And, again, thank you so much for making the time to
share your creative genius with us on your blog! You
are an inspiration!

Good evening, Becca- another beautiful, elegant card. I have just recently ordered these nestabilities so can’t wait for them to arrive. Your cards are therefore a wonderful source of inspiration- so thank you for sharing.
Hi Becca,
That is an absolutely beautiful card right down to the colors and all.
I love those scriptural sayings and must buy a set for myself.
Keep on inspiriing us all. You do such neat work.
another FABULOUSLY gorgeous creation. Sigh, you are so my hero.
Yes, you are my HEROINE and I too have this in my hoard……too pretty to use….not. Love this. I will have to check my Wizard as I don’t remember getting a magnetic sheet. Thank you for making my day….nearly every day!
Very elegant, as always. Your cards always have a very professional and clean look. Keep them coming girlfriend!
Oh my…Gorgeous…as always!!!
Faith! that is what life is all about Faith! You have out done yourself again as always, what a beautiful cards. How do you did it?
Oh Becca, As soon as today’s card popped up on my screen, my first thought was, “Oh My Goodness…..Becca has been CURED!” I recognize that paper as some that has “hoardability” written all over it. Keep up the good work!! Maybe we can “cure” this disease. I know,…….maybe we could start a “paper” ribbon campaign……..Well, I guess that wouldn’t work because to make our ribbons look good enough to wear, we would have to use our BasicGrey, Cosmo Cricket, Little Yellow Bicycle, K & Co., and on and on…….so you KNOW that is not going to happen!! Oh Well, lead us on, we can only do our best!! Linda S. in NE
Hi Becca

Lisa A.
This is a beautiful card. you are very creative with the spellbinders as always.
Regina
Exquisite as always Becca. Thanks for letting us in on your ribbon “trick”. It may have lessened the mystique but it got me thinking maybe I could be less ribbon challenged than usual :D.
Had a composition thought. Did you try placing the half pearls on a diagonal in the corner to mimic the slant of the frame? Just curious if it didn’t look as good as it seems to in my mind when I think about that type of placement.
Hugs and blessings and thanks for sharing sister stamper! – Jean
I love how you used the die cuts, it really showcased your wonderful saying. Also, love how you put the pearls inside of the buttons, nice touch!
Congrats on being published Becca! And as always, beautiful, beautiful card.
Barb

Lovely card Becca! Beautiful ribbon and pearls to go with an inspiring sentiment!
Another stunning card! That’s one of my favorite quotes. I seem to be the only one who doesn’t understand the use of the nesties. I’m the kind that needs to see and hold to understand! I’m curious how the embossing works on doubles. Please clarify for someone who is so concrete! Thanks for all your sharing.
Beautiful! You are always thinking outside the box!
neat idea with the framing, so pretty!
