Hi there blog friends!! I guess because it’s spring, there are so many things to take care of; honestly, I look up and the day is done. I got my yard squared away today by finding some one who isn’t as afraid of snakes as I am, lol!!! Whew!! One less thing to worry about. Anywho, I do have a card to share today – you know me – I pick a tiny template here to use and a tiny template there to use. My favorite Spellbinders templates are embellishment templates that get a lot of mileage. They’re the ones that always seem to find a way in to the mix! Today I’m using a new Our Daily Bread Designs quote from the Faithful Friend set.
So, here’s what’s in the mix . . . my card is tall – 7″ tall by 5.5″ wide. I honestly try to stop myself from doing the same things again and again, so this time I decide to add interest to the long vertical side panel by cutting with Spellbinders™ Classic Decorative Inserts Five paired with Spellbinders™ Classic Edges One. Then for my focal panel I layered Spellbinders™ Twenty Three followed by Spellbinders™ Parisian Motifs. Lastly I added a layer with Spellbinders™ Labels Twenty Two and here I pulled in one of my favorite embellishment pieces Spellbinders™ Ironworks Motifs – I simply cut each motif in half and hooked it over the edge of each side of my label. The final piece is the tiny flower – in my book this template is a “must have” for one’s collection. Spellbinders™ Bitty Blossoms has three different sized flowers in the set – this one is the tiniest but I love using them all together for varied sized flowers.

Such a pretty, pretty card, Becca. Actually, I’ve come to believe you could make mud sandwiches and I’d love them. The capacity for creating beauty just seems to ooze from those fingers of yours. Thank you for sharing such an inspiration with us!
I love how you use the dies to come up with different designs. You have a very artistic eye. The bow on this card is very unique, it really brigs out the colors in this card. I’d love to see what you did on the inside. Thanks a lot for sharing!
BECCA THIS SURE IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU USUALLY DO.
IT IS PRETTY BUT I LOVE THE PINK ONES THAT YOU DO,.

What a stunning card here again Becca, I just love how you can always see the possibilities in any dies, even it means you have to cut them in pieces. And this one is gorgeous, as is the colors, you´ve used here too, I really love those. Soo gorgeous work here again hun. I love it.
Such a lovely card with a great sentiment. I really love what you have done with the bow this time.

I’ll call this a die-cut layering beauty Becca. Love the border strip it gives a lot of interest. Pretty colors chosen and the bi-colored bow is just outstanding. Beautiful work. As always Becca, TFS!!! :-D
Beautiful card, as always. God bless.
I actually agree with Chelsea!! I have never seen you make anything that I did not think was just Beautiful!! I look at your projects every day, first thing. You give me such inspiration! Your cards are such works of art! Your creativity seems endless. You always give us new ways to use our dies and punches. Your imagination and creativity amaze me!
Beautiful card. Love the colors and verse. Thank you for sharing all that you do with us, Becca. God bless you. :)
I just envy (not really, that is sort of a strong word) someone with so much creativity. I also check first thing to see if I have your email. It is really such a lovely way to start a blessed day. I especially love your chocolate brown bow ~ you make the double bow look so easy on your tutorial. Maybe someday I will master that.
God Bless you and keep on creating these lovely cards.

I adore your cards. They are works of art. Is your Bow Maker available in the UK? If not are you able to ship to the UK and, if so, at what cost? Am I right n thinking that the Bow Maker comes with a DVD Tutorial?
Your card looks SOOO SPRINGY! :) LOVE the taupey colors you used too! LOVELY as usual !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( I know what you mean about snakes! We have them too! ICK! BUT, hopefully our kitties will take care of them!MAYBE, you need to get a kitty!?! ) :)
Love everything about this card Becca – design, colors, embelishments and of course your bow. I am still waiting for my spellbinders to arrive. But at least I know they have been shipped. The wait is always so fustrating. I think Bitty Blossoms is going to be one that will definitely get lots of use. Seems like it is a go to die for all of you who have had your dies to play around with for a while.
Marcie
Beautiful card! You do such lovely work.
Your card is stunning Becca! I really love that 2 tone bow! Beautiful! The papers arrived and are so beautiful. Thank you so much and thank you for the extra Lost & found papers! I love them all! Hugs Lori R.
Lovely card. Dianne
Thanks for reminding me of the bitty blosoms. I do want this one. I use my cricut for most cuts. But This little blossom must go on my wish list. Thanks again, hugs, Jess
Oh what a beautiful card. I love all the different layers and of course the bow is wonderful.
Wonderful, Becca! How I do love those layers; they make a card simply gorgeous. I just ordered a bunch of the newest Spellbinder’s dies but didn’t get the Bitty Blossoms. Guess that is next on my list!
Whenever family “interferes” with my crafting, I refer to my mental priority list I made when my youngest was a baby. She is now 39. The first thing on my list was me. I am no good to anyone else if I am sick or cranky or not in faith. The second thing on the list was my children (now to include grandchildren and great-grandchild) and the third thing was my work. When I start to get frustrated I think of that list and realize that nothing has changed. So, I step away from the craft table and into the embracing love God has put into my life to enjoy. I’d count it as a week gained.
Yay, Becca is back! We missed you. I’ve been checking you website daily for new cards. I hope you enjoyed your time with your son.
This is gorgeous Becca, I just love the two toned ribbon.
Where did you find paper that was 14″….to make a top folded card that is 7″ high ??? Am I missing something ??? Maybe I’m just dense today ! ha ha
Thanks
So Beautiful!!!! And so glad your back!!! Spending time with love ones are the best…..
So beautiful Becca. Love the colors and the layers!

Chalk up another vote for Chelsea’s comments. You seem to be incapable of ordinary projects. Each one has a wow or two in it.
Lovely card! Glad I am not the only one who hates to do yard work because of snakes! They just creep me out. I received my bow maker and love it! Thanks so much for sharing! I wholeheartedly agree with Chelsea’s comment!

I feel so feminine and pretty when I look at your cards. I sometimes take your ideas and find ways to use my Cricut to play with your concept. This one is another home run. It looks like it’s itching to join others like it in My Favorites-Card Making-BEAUTIFUL folder.
Surfing the net for “Inspiration” i came across you & your Blog Becca,
Such awesome designs – you have such talent :) I live in New Zealand & am now on your mailing list,to see what you have come up with is the hight light of my morning of “checking my e-mails”.
I am a Mum/Nana/ & great Gran Nan & have been card making for a couple of years & I love my “new hobby”,to see what one can do with all those Spell Binders has inspired me to add a few to my stash.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with some one like me on the other side of the world. :):)

It was a gained week that will be cherished for a long time to come. Your card is lovely today. Thank you for letting us appreciate the work you do.
Hi Becca,
When I was growing up I remember asking my parents why some people were given great talent and others were not. Mum said to me that we were all given gifts of talent, but that they were all different. Some people were born to be public speakers, other great philanthropists etc, but some were given talents that are not always readily noticed. These people were the ones with the gift of patience, understanding and perseverance etc.
Now you may be wondering why I mention this; well I truly believe that you were given the gift of great creative talent, (as I and others have mentioned many times) but also the gift of generosity and caring. I believe that if everyone in the world would just strive to achieve the last two, this world we live in would be as close to perfect as is humanly possible.
Thank you for sharing all your gifts with us and showing us a bit of a better world.
I hope the rest of your week is good. Hugs Linda x
Your card is strikingly beautiful. Love the two tone bow. I have noticed you use pearls quite a bit on your creations and that’s such a lovely embellishment. Agree with the comments above from Lindyloo.
It was great to get your card today! I sure missed not seeing anything for the last couple of days – you are always worth the wait! You have such skill at putting ‘tones’ together – from dark to light. I really learn alot from your lovely examples! Thanks so much Becca for your tireless, superlative efforts! I feel so privileged to be able to enjoy them! May God continue to inspire you! – and bless us! Kia kaha from New Zealand!(be strong!)

How do you mail your cards with them being so 3D?
Can you give me an idea of what each of your cards cost to make? I am having a problem princing my cards appropriately.
