Well, since we’re in the countdown, I thought I’d whip up another quick Christmas card.  I found a way to use the washi tape I’ve managed to collect and I have to say I love this as a way to have a background.  This was simple, simple, simple – just die cuts, washi tape and a bow!  I simply picked all my gold washi tapes and lined them up on a panel.  On top of the panel I added Spellbinders Timeless Rectangles along with Spellbinders Heirloom Reflections cut from Spellbinders ATC so that the negative shape is what remains.

The washi tape behind colors the ornament and the final step is die cut words with the Spellbinders Happy Holidays Sentiment.

Craft Paper: Neenah Classic Crest – Natural White – Smooth
Ink:  None
Accessories:  Spellbinders ATC, Spellbinders Timeless Rectangles,  Spellbinders Heirloom Reflections,  Spellbinders Happy Holidays Sentiment, Anna Griffin Washi Tape, Paper Source – Gold Ribbon

    What an ingenious way to use washi tape, we don’t really use it in the UK but this has given me ideas. I’ve got loads of it but could never think of a good way to use them together!
