Our sweet friend Michelle Rodgers is under the weather so the Design Team for Stamper’s Dream all got together to send her healing thoughts. Hope you’re back on your feet soon Michelle! Now if you got here from Laurie Schmidlin’s blog, you are in the right place.
I’m sending well wishes to Michelle with this little birdie. I cut the frame with an AllDeco Punch and the Ornament Chickadee is from Impression-Obsession. The sentiment comes from JustRite Stamps and is embossed with Versafine Black Onyx. The birdie is colored with Copic Markers, easy peasy! Your next stop along the way is with Dawn Easton.

For those who asked about the lace flowers from yesterday, yes, I will make a quick tutorial – it was actually very simple so the video should be short and sweet (even with my longwindedness :-))
I also said that I would announce the winner to my Blogaversary Blog Candy this morning. What was I thinking??? There were over 1500 entries and I promised a bonus if the winner left a list item every day, so it looks like I have a bit of reading to do, lol! I’ll post the winner back here on Sunday morning. Thanks for your patience, and if you have not read the entries for the Blog Candy, they are amazing – you can see them HERE.
See you tomorrow!
This will definitely lift her spirits. It’s lovely!
Your little bird is sooo pretty and I love how it is just “perched” on your ribbon! Beautiful!
Beautiful card Becca.
Now, I left a comment everyday on your blog candy post but if, in the very unlikely event that I win, I’m unlikely to be able to claim the candy. I’m off on vacation Sunday afternoon and, as I’m in the UK and 6 hours ahead of you I will probably have left for the airport by the time you post the winner. I will give congratulations to whoever does win and hope that they will enjoy the candy as much as I’m sure I’m going to enjoy my vacation … safari and beach for a really relaxing break and 3 weeks of it as well!
What an amazing and beautiful card for Michelle!! I love the colors, but I especially love how your little bird appears to be sitting on top of the ribbon! Awesome!!!

Hi Becca, your card is just so pretty and fresh and gorgeous. I just love how you use spellbinders, punches and stamps.
Thanks for the inspiration.
Check out my blog – I “lifted” one of your cards you created in December – thanks so much for the wonderful inspiration!
Becca your work is always breathtaking. I do pray for God to continue to work through your talent to touch the stamping world. This card is just so sweet and calming, just love it.
Wow! What a fantastic coloring job on the bird. I need more practice
Becca, I love your cards! Always always I love them. I’m noticing more and more detail now too, just because I always seem to see the most notable things! I love how you put a tiny frame of dark blue cardstock under your lighter papers. Very pretty! Another great card!!
2 questions if you don’t mind… 1. The sentiment from JustRite… is it from a set or did you create it from two font sets on your own? I’m just getting into JustRite Stamper products so wondered if this is from a set I should be looking for or if I need to keep collecting the various font sets! LOL!! And… 2. You put beautiful bows on most of your cards… but how do you mail them??? Or even put them into an envelope for giving??? I make cards because I live far away from most family and even friends because of a recent move so all of my cards have to be mailed. I’ve thought about trying a bow and sort of stuffing it with tissue paper or cotton or the like and see how it works in the mail but I’d love any suggestions that you’ve found to be tried and true.
Thanks… as always I LOVE your work!

Love it……will make Michelle feel better for sure…..
Awe, this is so sweet and pretty!
