I’m back to share another of these adorable little Holly Berry House boxes from Stamper’s Dream; this one is called Poinsettia II Victorian Treasure Box. The first one I did was white card stock, gold embossing and colored with Tombow Markers; you can peek at it HERE. Night and Day, right? I wanted to change it up a little bit and this time I stamped on kraft card stock, black embossing and colored with Copics plus distressed it up a bit.
This is always a fun project and is something I pick when I’m watching TV and need something to keep my hands busy – cutting :-) I stamped the box 5 times onto a patterned paper and joined them together at the seams with red sticky tape then closed the top and bottom of the box. Next I stamped the center five time times on my solid colored kraft . I colored each panel with copics then cut the square panel out and adhered it over each side of the box.
For the top poinsettia (Holly Berry House Persnickety Poinsettia Medium Medallion), I picked a K & Co patterned design paper and simply embossed it with black. For each piece I distressed with Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink and Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Each of the square panels is 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" so with the five panels of the box the rough size is 3 1/2′ wide by 2 1/4" tall. It’s large enough for treats but this box could easily hang as a vintage ornament on a Christmas Tree.

I just visited the Holly Berry House in Colorado Springs, Co. They showed me how they make the stamps, from start to finish. A great place to visit, just one little problem. I WANTED THEM ALL. They make the neatest stamps. And most in several different sizes. It was hard to pick just a few!
Holy moley girlfriend… This is amazing!!
