Good morning friends, I’m back with a quick card that’s all die cuts. I’ve had this wonderful victorian alphabet laying on my desk for a bit and wanted to make a card to show the beauty of all the individual letters. Using Spellbinders Victorian Letters I cut all the letters out, lined them up and added a gold layer on the “i” and “u” and substituted a gold heart for the “o”. I’m telling you, it doesn’t get any simpler than this, plus I have a quirky kind of satisfaction that I used every single letter :-)
This is one of my simpler cards but honestly to get all the letters on the page there is no room for a big bow, trust me, I tried. I added decorative corners using Spellbinders Moroccan Accents – they draw your eye in so that you might pick up the gold letters. Of course a tiny little bow to highlight the heart. I must say this is an easy flat card to send – a rarity for me!

My mom is enjoying her stay and I’m keeping her busy in between postings here – the best medicine in my opinion. I’ll be passing her on to my sister in the next couple of weeks so she doesn’t spend the holidays alone. She’s absolutely amazed at all the kindness here.
HOW SWEET & ELEGANT TOO, Becca!!!!LOVE THIS!!! AND your little bow too! LOL Yes, I HOPE you are having a WONDERFUL VISIT with your mother. It’s good that she can be with you during this time…. (((HUGS!))) Trying to stay warm here, Brrrr!!! ;)

Beautiful card. I like the way you did the I and U with the pretty gold heart and bow.
Becca, I love this idea! so clever and with your special touch of the little gold accents, it adds just enough elegance!!
Becca, I had to add one more comment on this card. As I was looking at it again, a light bulb went off, wouldn’t this make an awsome card card from my twin granddaughters to their Kindergarten teacher on Teacher Appreciation Day!! They absolutely love her. Just couldn’t be a better way to express it.
Hugs,
Marcie

Wow! Simplicity and beauty combined together in this card. I love love love the alphabet dies and the way you combined them to create a card that shares “love.” Your creativity never ceases to amaze me. I don’t know how you think of things like this but I’m so glad you do. I’m glad you are able to spend this time with your Mom. When my Dad passed, I was blessed to be able to spend 3 months with my Mom at her home. We then traveled to my sister’s home and then onto mine for a few weeks. I think it helped us all with the grieving process but I know it definitely helped me. I’m continuing to pray for you and your family. God bless you all and Happy Thanksgiving.
Clever use of all the letters, Becca. Beautiful card.
I heart you. That is great. Love it.
Oh, I Love this one! this is one of those that definitely screams Love to me! All those tiny letters, oh, My…..I absolutely LOVE that tiny bow! It is so perfect!

hi Becca,it is a pleasure to watch your blog and the beautiful creations you show. Was not here for some time,my husband had several strokes 2 weeks ago and to see your cards brings my thoughts on another road away from sorrow. Thanks for your ideas you spend with all crafters
hugs, Erni
Love the card ! Enjoy your time with your mum
she has done a great job rearing you to be the woman you
are today .
She must be so proud ! Love Pam xxx
Hi Becca, Please say hello to Mom for me though she doesn’t know who I am but she is family, too, even if cyber family. Thanks for using an oldie, the Moroccan Accents. Unless you remind me, I forget I have a winning die in my collection. It looks so good with just 2 corners–another good tip from you to make the card more interesting rather than squaring off with 4. Also, I now know what to do with ‘unused’ alphabet letters. Your Thanksgiving may not be so Happy this year but still lots to be thankful for. God bless and keep you safe. Barbara
Hi Becca, I absolutely love this card, and the Victorial alphabet looks fabulous.
So glad you and your Mom are having a good time together and keeping each other company, my love and huge hugs are going to you all.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
I think the little bow is just perfect. The delicate nature of the bow goes great with the Victorian Letters.
What an adorable card, love the alphabet and the way you did “I Love You” in it, you are so talented!!!
Becca, who else besides you could think of using all the letters in the alphabet and making them so lovely with the a highlighted gold “I” and “U” and a “heart”, to make “I Love You”. And you were able to find a place for one of your gorgeous bows. How clever you are to come up with this card design. I like the idea on one of your posters that this would be a perfect card for her children’s teacher who they love! Hello, Becca’s Mom! Prayers continue for you and your family. Please know others care. Wishing you a blessed Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your Mama. Sending love and green chile aroma from New Mexico.
This card is terrific. Perfect for many occasions.
Now I would never have thought of that! How clever – and elegantly beautiful at the same time. We continue to lift you and your family up in prayer xx
Love this!
