I get emails all the time where people say they wish I would share just a little bit more about myself. My friends laugh when I tell them that, because many that have known me for years know how very private I am. I’ve come to share a bit here and have learned that it’s very difficult to blog without using the would “I” a cajillion times in a post. The truth is though, I always feel awkward and embarrassed talking about myself. Recently I let my hair down and gave in when an online craft magazine persevered in requests for an interview – all I could think was really? Me? Then I looked through this digital magazine at some of the other fabulous artists that they interviewed and thought “go ahead and jump in, girl!”
Scrap n’ Art Magazine is published online monthly and has a subscriber base of 15,000 people. They have graciously extended a 30 day free trial, no strings attached, subscription if you want to take a peek at the interview they published about me as well as the ability to flip through any of their past issues. Of course there are many fabulous designers featured each month, so it was such a thrill for me to be included!! So at break time, you might want to get yourself a creamy cup of coffee and sit down and peruse with your free trial.

Scrap ‘n Art is giving away 10 free one year subscriptions to their magazine. To hop into the running, all you have to do is go like their facebook page and leave a comment on their wall telling them that I sent ya!
You have until 8:00pm eastern time tonight to leave a comment on the post found HERE for the wonderful new Our Daily Bread Design sets featured in our blog hop yesterday. I’m seriously in love with the new fonts and the sets this month feature some of my favorite sentiments.
P.S. I have another give-away that will be going on tomorrow featuring a gracious invited sponsor. Let me tell you, it is “clearly the case” that you will not want to miss a chance at winning the item they are offering. I cannot think of a person who would not be able to use the wonderful package they are giving away. Come see me tomorrow if you can – by the way, remember that for anyone picked as a winner who has been an email subscriber of Amazing Paper Grace for at least the past 30 days, you can boost your winnings because I give a “Thank You for Subscribing” bonus on top of any winnings. Full details coming tomorrow!
Oh Becca, how lovely! I am going to pop right over and read your article. They couldn’t have found a more gifted artist to feature! Now, if only they could figure out a way to transmit your brian activity into my hands. . . .
Oh no why is is always on Facebook, when there´s something nice??? I would really have loved to read this interview, but as I´m NOT on Facebook, I again again can´t join in the fun. I really don´t understand, when you all use the blog anyway, why all these things is always about going to Facebook, but there is still lots of people, who doesn´t like Facebook, and their lack of security inthere.
But a biiig Congratulations for being chosen Becca, if anyone deserves it, it´s you, and I would really have loved to read it, so I hope, I´ll get the chance inhere later then?? You are one of the most talented artist I have ever met, that´s for sure, and I absolutely LOVE your work.
Huge congratulations Becca. You really deserve this.Cannot wait for tomorrow now – you and your teasing!
Your creations are always so beautiful. Thank you so much for all you share with us and for being such an inspiration. I love seeing you blog and creations every day and look forward to the messages you share. Glenda J

Diane
Becca, I could not find a place for a free trail subscription.
Went though the regular subscription info and put in your code and it said it was either expired or an invalid code. I could get to where your article was supposed to be, but couldn’t look at it without a paid subscription.
Congratulations! I love the creativity in your cards. I look forward to learning more about you in the the magazine article :)
I just tried to get the 30 day subscription and couldn’t find it. What did I miss?
I am new to card making, new to your site and I sure will gocheck out Scrap n’ Art Magazine and read about you. I love your designs and am starting to get some great ideas from you and the other designers on line. Thank you so much for sharing all of your beautiful work.
This is really cool. You are an artist. Not just anyone can make cards like you do. Cant wait to read. I’ve been following you for a few years now. Lets see what I have missed. Blessings to you.
Just read the interview. Thanks so much for sharing that with us. It was so sweet and touching. Thank you for sharing all you do. The inspiration and beauty you provide is priceless.
Oooooo! WHAT FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Thanks Becca for letting us know! It’s always fun to read about a favorite “STAR!” :)
I just met someone yesterday while working on a class who asked me if I knew you. Funny though, she didn’t ask if I knew of you. I haven’t read the article yet, but plan to. TFS this online mag and article. I look forward to perusing it thoroughly. Btw, you might not realize how “talked about” you are outside of the Internet — I teach at a LSS and am asked often if I know you and/or your work. I hear so often, “I just love Becca — she’s amazing”. And you know what? They’re right! Even without reading your interview I already know that. May God continually bless you!
Hi Becca, I went and couldn’t find where to sign in the trial membership that didn’t require a password. So I couldn’t get in. Course it’s early in the morning, so maybe my eyes are really open yet! lol I’ll try again later when I’m more awake. Congrats on the interview. And you should be included with all the wonderful artist in our great community. I, and many others, think you are one of the best.
Thanks for sharing yourself and your talent with us.
Hugs, Jess
I, too, did not find any place for a free trial, thought it was just me. Please let us know where to find this as I would really like to read ‘your story’. Thanks!
Becca I have followed your blog for some time now. Love what you do! Would love to read the article but like others I can’t find where to log in for a trial. Thanks for Sharing. Suz
Congratulations on being the center of attention in a magazine article. If anyone deserved it that would be you.
Great article. You are my favorite designers. I first saw your work on ODB stamps. My friend Roxy is creative like you are, I love your elegant style with cards. I love spellbinders too. I appreciate your willingness to be real. When I am need some inspiration, I always find it here. I love that you use scripture, it is a double blessing, focusing on the Word and seeing it magnified so beautifully. No wonder I am drawn back every day to see beauty in a world that can be tough to live in day by day. Thank you for sharing your life and talents.
I couldn’t get the coupon code to work.
Are we required to set up payment thru paypal before the code will work?
This is what it said:
You entered coupon code BeccaF
However, this coupon code is either expired, inactive, or does not exist.
I,too, had no luck with the coupon code. I would like to read your article but the frustration of that website over rides my desire.
I so look forward to seeing your creations. So much talent!
How wonderful for you Becca! I understand your reticence~ it’s really hard to be ‘public’. I look at people who are and think, ‘nothing bad has happened and it’s really interesting’ but it’s hard to feel so ‘exposed’! I’m working at it though and I’m so glad for you that you’ve taken this step! ~Blessings~
Awesome! I went to the site and also had trouble getting it to take the code. I am sure the interview was great! I am happy to hear you were interviewed and spilled the beans! Congrats you deserve recognition for all the beautiful work you do!
YAY! I went back after posting above and tried again….IT WORKED!! YAY! I get to read the interview now!
Very nice article. Enjoyed the pictures of your work, especially the aqua card. Don’t think I have seen that one before. Amazed at the crown – you have the patience of a saint. My only question is: where in Florida do you live. I am between Daytona Beach and Orlando. So looking forward to the winner of the stamps tomorrow. Bless you!!
Ann Robbins
I understand about the word “I’…it’s hard for me too….but you are such inspiration to us ….and you are never alone…you have us….oh and of course those other guys like….family….LOL
I like the way you reward your em subscribers by having to be a at least 30 day member! Good for you! Congrats on your article — off to check out the magazine~
Oh, no – not another Facebook requirement! That’s SO disappointing. FB’s privacy is non-existant, and they just hurt a lot of people financially in their rigged IPO. Only the very wealthiest customers of the big banks knew to sell almost immediately, and of course MZ and his partner each made over a billion and a half dollars by selling over a million shares of their stock immediately. The price no has tanked and people feel cheated. Oh, Becca, I hope you will tell people you work with that thousands of us don’t do FB anymore because it just isn’t playing nice with anybody. I love everything you do, but no one can coerce me into having a FB page – EVER. I know it isn’t you, and I so love everything you do, but no prize will ever tempt me if FB is involved.
Becca you are the best just love your daily posts!
Congrats on being asked to do the interview. Will have to go check it out.
I thoroughly enjoy your art work and wish I could have all the neat die cuts/lace/etc. you show but still enjoy the things you share.
Congrats on your interview! I love your creativity and inspiration!
Congratulations! You are blessed with creativity and you sure are an inspiration.
Hugs.
What a lovely article about you in Scrap n’ Art. Congratulations! You most certainly have been an inspiration to me and a mentor in a couple ways. I love the writing on your blog and your paper craft sends me into rapture. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being you and sharing your wonderful talent.
Wow that’s great – you deserve it! Sit back and bask in your glory for a while.
Thank you Becca! They wrote a sweet article about you and you are most certainly a guru to your followers, well, you are to me anyway! You have taken my card design light years from where it was before I discovered you, GASP a time before Becca!
Thanks for being the beautiful soul that you are…
Hugs,
Beth P
Becca—–your cards are fantastic. I am still awed by the fact that you can come up with a new card almost everyday—-especially ones that are so elaborate.
Hi Becca,

Thank you, Becca, for the link to the digital magazine and the article about you. I just lost my husband in November, and your words inspired me to carry on with all my crafts, as you have done. I love the cards you make; you are so very creative. It’s a privilege to read your blog and see your cards.
Oh Becca! What a wonderful article about you! I feel so blessed to have found you and Amazing Paper Grace. You have added so much to my life as well as my creativity. What an inspiration you are to all of us who craft and to anyone who has lost a dear one…Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for your amazing inspiration, Becca.
Don’t know what everyone is complaining about. I was able to sign up for the free trial of Scrap n” Art online magazine without clicking on the Facebook page at all! It took me a couple of times to get it to work, but if you tell folks to just follow the simple instructions they will get the free month without ever going on to Facebook. Simply click on the website and you can get there. Just take a bit more time to read ALL of the instructions.
Again, thanks, Becca for making this possible for us, I am looking forward to tomorrow’s post. Blessings to you…
Dear Becca
Thanks for all your magnificent cards — every time I look they are just so stunning.
I was not able to do that subsribe thing on the website.
Maybe after the mag is older you will let those that could not do it
a chance to read the article on your Blog.
You are so inspiring — to us all.
Happy Stamping always Joyce from SA.
Hi Becca, Congratulations. I look forward to reading the article. Love hearing from you daily.
Congrats! I am looking forward to reading the article. I am always on your blog and love the wonderful creations you share. Thank you.
I would have enjoyed reading the article, but I do not want to have anything to do with Facebook. But, congratulations on being chosen for an interview. Your work deserves all the attention it gets, and so much more.
We all deserve our privacy, so whatever you disclose on your blog is just fine by me.
Congrats on being asked for the interview. I’ll be going over to read it. However, what you chose to tell us is enough for me. I think you speak to us through your art, your generosity in sharing and your excellent tutorials.
Hugs,
R/
Congrats on being” June artist of the month”. We already knew you were the best at what you do. It’s nice to see you have been recognized for all to see. Your favorite projects are three of my most favorites, also. If you ever decide to do a tutorial on these projects I would gladly pay!! Love your work. God bless you.
Kudos for being chosen for the article. Thanks for the info on the free trial subscription, which I just took advantage of and read the lovely article. It’s obvious God has blessed you and blesses us all with your creativity and gift for teaching others.
Read the interview. Thanks so much for sharing that with us. Glad to know we both live in Sunny Florida! Thank you for sharing all you do. hugs, Frances
You are such a lovely lady that everyone wants to know more about you, you are wonderfully made in His hand, his grace for you to glorify Him, that is the entire secret to make you so unique, Becca.
Becca,
I so enjoyed reading the article! Your barn sounds so lovely! I love viewing your blog and seeing all the beauty you create. Thanks for sharing your crafty life with all of us! It was so fun to learn a little bit more about you!
Congratulations on the article! :)
What a great idea for the nestability dies. I check your blog everyday and verbally recommend your products to all my stamping friends. I have so much stamping supplies it is craziness to even think of adding another thing. But wish for more of the dies that I don’t have and I LOVE paper.
Thanks to you, I did indeed order some clear cases and of course utilized them right away – but wow! – its so great to now be able to get the magnetic sheets to insetand its so much easier to get things
in one place. Way to go Becca!
I wish so many companies didn’t make Facebook part of their contests. I won’t waste my time with Facebook for any company. I find it presumptuous for companies to expect it. And it doesn’t even make sense to “like” a company you’ve never done business with to enter a contest that would give one the opportunity to try them.
I’m like Maryann, I just will not use Facebook. There are so many things I’d like to see but if it’s on Facebook, count me out. And how sad because Becca, you are one super talented, God blessed lady. Thank you for sharing what you do.
Congratulations Becca — we love you and are so glad you’re being featured!
Congrats on your article. I, too, grew up the same way you did. My mom always made my clothes for me. We would go shopping and I would find a top or something I liked and my mom would always say, “I can make that!” My parents started going to craft shows and I always made things to sell at the craft booth with them. I also hate sitting without doing something. I have always cross-stitched, knitted, scrapbooked, painted, beading, etc. I was the one to take both my boys senior pictures and have done a few friends wedding photos too. I hope to be like you someday and have a blog and be able to design for different companies. You’re my hero and inspiration!
Great interview, thanks for sharing!
So sad I’m another that just doesn’t want to be involved with the Facebook fiasco.
number one wish list item is a Cuttlebug!
Becca,
I would so love to win these. I would really love to have you come an organize my scrap room. The first thing I saw when I started reading your blog was when your mom came an helped you organize your sizzix dies. That looked great. I can’t even find my stuff half the time, I think I know where its at BUT its not there ! LOL I just need about a month, oh well alot of months an a little help. An these little cases would help alot !! Wish me luck.
Sandy
I would be thrilled to win this package of goodies – I’d even be happy to organize it all in my vraft room! :)
