Hello there! I’m running around crazy today but I did have a card to post. Still in the valentines frame of mine I wanted to use this sweet sentiment from Quietfire Design called No One Can Measure. I love this kind of sentiment that you can snag for every day use and then slide it in and make it work for a holiday too. Hee, you’ll see this sentiment again – I have lots of Valentines cards to make ;-) Sigh, I love embossing – especially in red!
This whipped up quick, fast and in a hurry with the brass stencil I used – which is from the new Dreamweavers Valentines line. I inked it up with red pigment ink and ran it through my Wizard. It was the perfect size for my Spellbinders™ Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles LG which overlaps Spellbinders™ Labels Eight.
Card Recipe: Stamps: Quietfire Design – No One Can Measure Paper: The Paper Company Ink: Colorbox Cranberry Pigment Ink Accessories: Dreamweavers LL599, Spellbinders™ Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles LG, Spellbinders™ Labels Eight |
That’s all for now. I’ll be back tomorrow with some sweet little blog candy. So come back and take a peek.
Beautiful card. It’s so peaceful to look at.

Good evening, Becca -Another simple but very striking card!
you honestly make the most elegant cards I’ve ever seen and this is no exception.
I love both valentine cards and just email Dreamweavers, can NOT find that on their website and all the links back and forth on there are not working so making it very difficult also. Great cards, they are gorgeous!!!!
Lovely card and beautiful sentiment. What is the inside?
Hi Becca,
What a pretty Valentines creation.
I love embossing in red as well.
See you tomorrow,
~~Diane~~
I love this card, it is so sweet. I have been going through all of your cards, they give me such a great source of inspiration, it gets me stamping again.

Becca,
Do you ever sleep??? Your cards are always so stunning. What takes you a couple of hours takes me days.
Thanks for sharing that overflowing talent you have. One of God’s many blessings. WOW!
Absolutely gorgeous as always!! Looking forward to more Valentine ideas.
I spoke to Amanda at Spellbinders on an issue with my Wizard. I told her if you ever stop designing for JustRite or Spellbinders I will sit down and cry!
I learn so much from you. I have a few brass stencils I’ve never used. I guess I’ll have to ink them up now! Thanks for sharing your beautiful card!
This is just stunning! I love that stencil.
This is just lovely Becca I’ve never used brass stencils do you know if there is a tutorial on them or could you do one please I love the look of them and have a cuttle bug would you be able to use them in this
Thanks Chris
Yumm yummm…. those bows look soooooo goood Bec. Always beautiful work on your blog! xL
Becca – beautiful card. I love this sentiment. Two ribbons instead of just one – what a difference that makes.
Becca, another beauty. How very true the sentiment. Your eye for design is totally amazing. I also like the two bows it compliments the whole design. TFS!!!
Just stunning, Becca! I love the unique way you used the stencil! I’m going to have to try this!! Great card!
how clever – I never inked a stencil before – great idea!
Beautiful card.

Such a beautiful card. And great ideas for trying something new–as aways. Thank you!
I love your beautiful work and love this card! I’m very interested in the technique you mentioned on this card…”inking up a stencil and running it through the Wizard.” This sounds so simple but I can’t picture it. Would you give more explicit directions for exactly “how to” do that.
Beautiful Becca!! Love the red/white combo with the stencil and beautiful bows!!
