Seriously, Happy Friday sweet blog friends! I’m giddy about the coming weekend; it would be hard to peg why – so, just because. As Forest Gump would say, for no particular reason :-) I’ve had a very blessed week – ran into and old friend, talked to my sister for quite a while and in general, just thankful because my little world is okay (I hope yours is too). So this card has been on the edge of my desk for a week – I just knew I wanted to highlight the cameo in this month’s Graceful Monogram release from JustRite Papercrafts; I thought the more elaborate dies would show it off in good fashion. I started with a card base using Spellbinders™ Enchanted Labels Twenty Eight – if you’re curious how I do this on the front and the back, you can see my tutorial on Filigree Card Bases—–> HERE. I wanted a hint of color so I simply cut the Enchanted Labels Twenty Eight again and trimmed off the filigree and the edges to create a layer from lavender cardstock. Added on top of that layer is Spellbinders™ Elegant Labels Four, stamped with JustRite’s Garden Gate Background. Stepping up the next layer is Spellbinders™ Classic Ovals SM followed by the Cameo stamped onto a layer from Spellbinders™ Classic Ovals LG.
For the Happy Mothers Day sentiment, I reached back to a classic from JustRite Papercrafts called Vintage Rose Medallions, it fits perfectly on Spellbinders™ Back to Basics Tags.

Have a marvelous weekend friends – do you have spring fever yet??
Absolut gorgeous card here again Becca. I LOVE your eminent backgrounds you always create with these awesome dies, they always turn out sooo beautiful, no matter what you´re trying, and this looks awesome too. I just simply LOVE it.
Have a wonderful week-end hun and Easter too.
Beautiful lavender color and layering of dies. I love the cameos, too, and still am wowed every time I see them used. This card is resplendent with the bow and flower and gorgeous filigree to show off the beautiful silhouette. I wish you even had more pictures of each of your cards….there is so much detail to study!
So elegant and beautiful. Nicola x
Wow, how very beautiful. Love the lavender color. You are absolutely brilliant with your colors, design, etc.etc. Hope you have a wonderful weekend also. I don’t think spring is here exactly with some days in the 80’s and others waking up to 40’s. I have been spring cleaning though.
Hugs.

A very stunning Mother’s Day card. Becca, thank you so much for the sweet comment you left on my JustRite card. Your comment meant a lot to me.
Wow…Becca! The elegance factor in this card is off the charts! Love the filagree background, and I love that cameo stamp. Enjoy your weekend!
What a gorgeous Mothers Day card Becca. I just love the dies you used for the base of this card, and what a fabulous idea of trimming that lavender to fit.
Gorgeous Becca – love the colour combo and the cameo die is beautiful. I tried your filigree card base tutiorial – very good – (now I know why spellbinders are bringing out the magnetic plate). Nice to hear you have had a good week – simple pleasures do lift your spirit don’t they? tfs.

Absolutly beautiful, God has truly given you an eye for doing this. Thanks for sharing both your joy for the week & for the card.
OH MY BECCA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SWOOOOOOOONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) JUST GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (You MUST GO THROUGH cutting plates!!!!!!!!!! )
This is just gorgeous! I love the lace look of the Spellbinder dies you have been using lately. You do a fabulous job of making every card beautiful. Thanks for sharing how to do this with us. As to spring fever, yes I have it. The buds on the trees are starting to swell and some signs of spring flowers are coming up through the ground. But 6+ inches of snow is expected tonight. It won’t last long though. Happy springtime to you!
Lovely lavender… Serene and elegant; intricate and graceful. I can’t take my eyes off it.
Although the calendar says spring, our Montreal weather still says winter. That’s ok with me. I like cold, crisp air and snow. But spring is truly a magical time with new life. It’s maple syrup time – yum. Several weeks later, the delightful spring flowers push their little heads through the hard earth to decorate our neighbourhoods. We’re truly blessed with four seasons.
Wow…what Mom wouldn’t love to get this fabulous card! Love every inch of it. And yes, please, send us spring. We’re still waiting to see a robin.
This is such a beautiful card, Becca. Would you give me the link you showed how to make a card with the filigree in back as well as in the front? Thank you.
Cameos always remind me of my mother. She loved them. I have had spring fever for quite awhile now–even though there is still snow on the ground.
Oh so beautiful ! As Theresa said, my mother loved Cameos, so did mine and I have a beautiful Cameo Ring of hers.. Oh to own those Spellbinders Dies. If one could afford a set, which one would you choose? Thank you Becca for all you do and showing us how you do it. Blessings, dear heart!
Oh Becca! This is breathtaking! I love the purple and all the filigree! I have to agree about the cameos :) I am so glad things are good in your world sweet friend! I definitely have spring fever and it is snowing in my world today :( But at least it won’t stay long. Have a blessed day!
Very beautiful, Becca! I’m sharing in your joy…Life is good and filled with sweet morsels of family, friends and the Lord! Take care!
Lovely, lavender, lacy, lady-ish! All my favorites in one gorgeous card! Thank you, Becca!

Yes, I do have spring fever. It has been really pretty here in Texas the last few days but is turning cooler again and cloudy. Hopefully we will get some much needed rain this weekend. Beautiful card Becca. Thank you so much for sharing!
C’est vraiment très beau !! je ne me lasse pas de regarder toutes vos cartes qui sont si merveilleuses. Bravo bravo
A truly stunning card, Becca, lilac is my favourite colour and combined with the lacy die-cuts, truly stunning. I am so glad your world is good at the moment, today is not one of my ‘good’ days, it is the 26th Anniversary of the death of my eldest Son, so not a good day, and it is snowing here in the UK too, I braved the snow to get to the crematorium to lay flowers and look at my inscription in the Book of Remembrance. Your card has really cheered me up, any Mother would be proud to receive this card, it is stunning.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
Hi Becca this card is gorgeous! I love these new dies but I was told that you need a special metal plate to hold the dies for cutting. Could you do a video when you make another one of these cards using the new dies? Please!!!
Another Gorgeous card! I love the layering & lovely lavender!
Such a beautiful card. My mother would have loved it.

Becca, I’ve just discovered you blog and I am blown away by your beautiful

Thank you for sharing your work on your blog and I look forward to seeing each one of your designs as you post them.
Wow, just LOVE this card!!! Thanks for the inspiration and your wonderful talent with us.
I have to agree, there is no such thing as too many cameos. Love the lavender color you used for this lovely tag. I’m not usually a fan of any shade of purple but this is enough to change my mind
Gorgeous , what more can I say. Each and every one of your cards are simply stunning and I look forward to what you will be bringing us next :)
