For my card today I stayed with cream for all the paper and embellishments (except background). I just received these Prima Flowers and they are a little bit larger than my comfort zone but I was bound and determined to use it. I hollowed the bud out of the flower and pressed the leaves down. I picked up the metal bead at Michaels on sale last week and thought I could thread it in the center for a different look and well, there you have it, lol!!
The stamp I used for the sentiment is from the new release at Our Daily Bread Designs called The Good Seed. For my medallion I stacked several Spellbinders™ die templates together. Fancy Tags Two fit perfectly on top of Lace Doily Accents which is nestled on top of Labels Twenty Three. The edges of each layer are distressed with Vintage Photo Distress ink to set them apart. My card is 4.25″ tall by 8″ wide.

Hi Becca, Can’t tell you how much i love your blog!! it is my first stop every day. you have taught he so much, and i thank you. i have a couple of questions if you have time–you did a navy blue and white floral pocket card not long ago–it is gorgeous. i have never done a pocket card and mine didn’t turn out well. do you wrap the front around the back or what? have tried to find a tutorial with no success. also, would you mind telling me the dimensions of your card–after i got the front made i found it was too small to take the insert. have a wonderful day, and many thanks again for sharing with all of us. You always do something that appeals to me! I have never been fond of “fall colors”; they absolutely set my teeth on edge. It is really strange… So, dear Becca comes up with a fall card that is still soft and sweet. Applause!!!
