Lol, I am naturally drawn toward pink. Does it come from being a girl? I don’t know . . . but I sure spend a lot of time trying to give the other colors a chance. Woe is me . . . I think I’ve fallen off the band wagon. I wallowed in pink today and I feel like I’ve simply binged on it. I’ve had this stamp in reserve, waiting to make a card with it but I since I was trying to control my use of pink, it danced on the edge, taunting me! This is a Flourishes set called Kids Play . . . how adorable, right?!? I love this set – it would make perfect little girls stationary (ha-ha, or big girls stationary!!). Pair it with The Girls Paperie line, (I used Vintage Whimsy) and I think it’s a match made in heaven.
To construct the card I cut a portion of Spellbinders Grand Circles, stamped my little girl then edged it with crepe paper that I ruffled, distressed, and edged with pearls. I adhered my quarter circle to overlap a strip of paper cut from my background behind which I put two cut scalloped borders and adhered with foam tape. A ribbon was run across the top edge of my paper and on the ribbon I secured a peg bow backed with Spellbinders Parisian Accents. Lastly I cut/embossed a small pennant from Spellbinders Nested Pennants and stamped my sentiment. Final embellishments added two buttons and a swirl of Zva pearls.

Love this! I have two little girls so am tempted to blow this up to 12×12 and use a silhouette from the cricut cart ‘A Children’s Year’ to make a wall hanging. It is so elegant!
This is stunning. LOVE the layout and all your incredible details (that ruffle is ingenious!) And the pink is perfect in all its gorgeous girlishness! :o)
Oh Becca!! This is so Beautiful!!! I love, love your cards!! They are so beautiful, it’s hard not to copy you – LOL ;)

Pink is my favourite colour.
You ‘got ‘ me with this beauty!
Hugs, Candy
So lovely, Becca! I am a pink fan too.
I love this card. There is just not enough uses for Pink, it is always a wonderful choice. The use of crepe paper is awesome!
Yes, it IS pink! So creative how you use the Spellbinders – outside the box again! Your details with pearls and such are so beautiful. I too have Cricut Child’s Year which would make the silhouettes for cards of this type. Haven’t used it yet, so this is an inspiration for me! Thank you!
Oh how pretty Becca! I just love pink! This card is lucious! I love all the frills and ruffles. TFS
Hugs, Jessica

Gotta go with your “gut feeling” and if it’s pink, then PINK it should be — and what a GORGEOUS outcome!!! LOVE this Pretty in Pink card!!!
Becca, This would make a perfect little girl birthday card.
If I would have got this when I was little, I would have been in heaven for days. Beautiful just beautiful.
Oh my holy moly Becca!!! I love, love, love, love this card. All of your designs are unbelievable, except that this one is way over unbelievable!!! Sorry I sound so unintelligent, but I just don’t know how to verbalize how incredible this card is. I love that you have an eye for the smallest detail like the curled floss coming out from behind the button, or the die behind it or even the perfect placement of each pearl on the boarder punch die. You are my idol!
This card could NOT have been any other but pink!! Love it Becca. I am not a girly girl but when I had my daughter after having two boys, let me tell you there was pink everywhere in my home!!!!!!!! Now she would never wear pink if you paid her..she is 32 yrs. old. LOL Guess I cured her of ever loving pink. Thanks for sharing with us as per usual. You are such a talented young woman. God bless u. Hugs.
So sweet and girly! Simply Love everything about it!
Blessings Bernie
Very nice card. I love sillouettes. Thank you for sharing.
Oh my goodness, it is precious. Love that silhouette in black perfect with all the pink. Another piece of art. Thank you for the inspiration.
Lovely card, Becca! Where do you get all the beautiful paper that you use on a daily basis? Do you order it online? I always just use paper I can buy locally and for the most part it’s usually pretty boring! LOL!! But, I think it would be difficult to buy paper online… hard to tell what it would really be like and also paper is so heavy… big shipping costs. So, if you have any hints on where to find beautiful paper please share!!
Becca – I’m swooning over your pink card with the little girl silhouette. Absolutely smitten with this.
Love pink and love this card. I hope you are getting the answer you want regarding your Etsy question. I have no experience using it but did post you an answer yesterday.

You just can’t go wrong with pink in my world either. Love the card!
Even though I am not a fan of full-on candy pink, you make it look good in this card. I love the way you have used crepe paper. The swirly pearls always look good, though I can’t generally run to using them, I will keep looking in the clearance bins!

Beautiful card. I like pink.
For some reason this card sent me back into flashback mode to my girlie childhood days, when I wore a bright pink floral handmade Easter dress and bonnet to church Services on Easter Sunday. Does anyone else recall those days were children were seen and not heard and your Easter outfit had better stay clean and pretty or else you were in a whole lot of heapin trouble. lol
Love the card Becca, you always know how to add just the right embellishments and make everything blend well together. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful designs with us every day.

Gorgeous, gorgeous card. I love pink too, and your pearls really add class to your card.
This is wonderful.
Becca,
You are definitely a girlie girl. I love pink too, however, since the twins were born, it really infuriates me how hard it is to find baby things in other colors. As cute as they are in pink, I sure would like to mix it up a little.
This is a beautiful card, and I love the peg bow. I will have to make one of these jigs. I love to wood work and this looks easy enough. I like your ruffled crate paper. This would be a great tutorial if you haven’t already done this. I very seldom miss one of your postings, unless I am out of town. I just adore your art work.
