Sweet friends, I hope you are on good footing today :-) I have a girly, girly card today. It’s not where I started but it’s certainly where I ended and I mused how hobby mimics life, right?!? I pulled out some of that delightfully whimsical and feminine Girls Paperie that you know I have in my stash, and used it . . . yay !. . . this is just like therapy. I had some pink gingham tissue paper, that I’m sure I’ll never be able to find again, but used it to make a fluffly flower with the help of Spellbinders Blossoms Three. Pulled in a little bit of lace and Vivid Pink (pre-dyed) seam binding to finish off as well as some store bought doilies. I was torn whether to distress things are not, so I just let them be.
Recognize the stamp style? Yes indeed, it is Quietfire Design. This is a sentiment I haven’t used before called The Only True Gift. I think the next best thing to doing calligraphy is stamping calligraphy, lol!!! I definitely live vicariously when using these stamps. I can’t make it look that pretty, but the stamp sure does a good job!!

that is luscious
My favorite color, PINK! This is so darling. I want some pink gingham tissue paper, or any other gingham tissue for that matter. Makes the cutest flowers. I want to learn to crochet too. Have a blessed day.
Cindy
Love this card — my favorite color is pink. You have to share with us how you did the ribbon flower.
How beautiful! Love the gingham flower. Once again, a truly magical creation.
Wow! Another beauty! Love that flower and of course that lace! Glad you didn’t distress anything it’s fresh and clean and so sweet just the way it is.
Thanks for the inspiration. Shows how to create something beautiful without all the Spellbinder layers. I Love them so much but they are pricey so my collection will have to grow ever so slowly.
Blessings Bernie
I’m beginning to get so frustrated. I live in a little town with only one real craft store, and they don’t carry any pretty lace trioms like you use. I went to the big city last week and hit up two of the big name craft stores thinking they would have pretty laces, but NOPE! Where do you usually find yours?
Beautifully done Becca….great start to the beginning of summer!!! The sentiment is perfect!
Jan
Your cards are always so pretty and inspiring which has led to a problem for me. I live in a little town with only one real craft store and they don’t carry pretty lace trim like you always use. Last week I went to the big city and went to 2 of the big name stores thinking they would surely have pretty bridal laces and trims, but NOPE! Where do you find yours?
That is a girly, girly card. it’s so very pretty. That is a gorgeous bow and flower, it really stands out. I love the sentiment. I wish my family could catch on to that one instead of always wanting something. beautiful work. As always Becca, TFS!!! :-D
Becca, this just took my breath away! Your creations are all awesome but all that pink just takes it over the top, IMHO. Hugs, Sarah
I always enjoy your cards, but especially when you use any of the Quietfire sentiments! I know what you mean — their calligraphy and layout of the words is just exquisite. I’ve become a big fan of their stamps, all thanks to you!
This card is so pretty – guess I like girlie. Love the flower and the lace is stunning.
Becca, what a gorgeous card! Love the verse you used, as well as that beautiful paper, the lace, and your fabulous flower! Lovely!
Thank you for your beautiful card, today. It is my birthday. I turned 65 today and your card was like it was given to ME. Beautiful, beautiful and the saying was just so true of YOU.
Thank you for adding a special blessing to my brithday, Becca.
Lovingly, Sue
Becca you inspire me not to hoard my stuff. Sometimes its so hard to use when you know you can’t get it anymore. I love this card. It is beautiful. The flower is so soft.
Sweet card. I love the sentiment. {{Hugs}}

WOUW Becca this is sooo gorgeous and so girly. I love the romantic loook, you´ve got here, and I know anyone would be thrilled to recieve such a gorgeous beauty. You just did an amazing job here again love. Stunning work as always.
I LOVE THAT GIRLY PAPER!!!!!!!! Everyday, I look at your site, I punch that button to make it come up. Sloooowly it comes up, ( don’t know exactly why it’s sooo slow–bad connection? ) Anyway, as your card comes up, I see a little at a time, and I start to “Aaaaaaah,” “Ooooo,” “Sigh.” I usually just type in “SIGH!” And then, I feel I’ve had my card making “fix” for the day!!! LOVE your work Becca! Your SPIRIT! & Your thoughtfulness!!!!!! :) HUGS!!!!!!
Becca what a beautiful card … pink is my favorite color. Please share with us how you made your ribbon/flower!

NATIONAL PINK DAY!
How fun, just thought you’d like to know.

Stunning card, Becca. Good choice not to distress since the lace is so pristine. Gorgeous!!!
Sigh … this is the reason I love your blog Becca. You make the most feminine, beautiful cards and I’m always in awe.
Hi Becca, Does tissue paper cut easily using Spellbinders dies? Have never tried.
That is just about as sweet as it gets! Nice job, Becca. I love the doily in the corner with your little flower on it. The backdrop paper sets off beautifully the lace, ribbon, sentiment and delightful flower. Nothing like pink, blue with a touch of white. Thx for sharing it with us.
Absolutely beautiful! Hey, Becca, what type of heavy cardstock do you use for your card bases?
So beautiful. . . the colors are just fab.. Thanks for sharing!
very pretty =)
Lovely card. I love your lace ribbon, where did you get it? The scallops are just so pretty. You are definetly producing some beautiful cards. Once again thank you so much for inspiring me!!!
Just Beautiful Becca!!
My, my, my! It just gets better and better. So light and carefree and beautifully pink. I am also curious where did you get the lace? I have been looking for the deep border laces and they are very hard to find. You are my inspiration each and every day. You make the sun shine a little brighter. Thank you so very much for sharing your art.
XOXOXO
Beautiful card with uplifting colors. Great job!!!

I am on the look out for some extradionary lace. You seem to showcase some beautiful examples. Is there a source online?
What a beautiful flower!!!
I love this flower! Why didn’t I think of cutting up doilies? Not sure where to get the long pins….
All elements are just perfectly fit together to make a lovely, lovely card. TFS
So pretty!!!! I really like this one!!!
Becca, I love your cards and often feel inspired after visiting your blog. I love the clean crisp colors today. It is so hard to know when to distress and when not; Fantastic choise you made today.
Good Evening Becca
Positively pure in Pink!!
Very pretty!!
Please tell me how do you attach the lace to your cards???
Spray adhesive?- red liner tape?- how much, how do you hide the tape if using it??
Some many questions coming your way ;-)
Hugs & Smiles
Love this one! You have definitely covered all the bases.
Becca, I think you must be the living example of feminine! Your cards are always beautiful and inspiring.
I live in an area with 4 different big name hobby/craft stores. Seldom find the really cool lace and trims (Hobby Lobby is pretty good). Solution: on line purchasing. I have found the most beautiful stuff right at my own desk!
Oh, Becca, this is positively stunning! LOVE it!!
I’m also curious – how DO you attach that delicate lace?
There is some of that yummy paper you like tp give away…beautiful!
love the girly girl pink-it’s so bright n cheery! Now, how do you make those pins??????
Another gorgeous card with beautiful papers. I do so enjoy your inspirations even if I can’t see me achieving anything so lovely Thank you for sharing
Beautiful card! I was wondering how you apply the especially more “open” lace to your cards. I am guessing spray adhesive, but I am sure you know a better way. I am constantly in awe of your creativity, and gorgeous cards! Thanks for you willingness to share so freely and esp for the video tutorials. I am a visual person, so the videos are the perfect learning tool for me.
What a gorgeous card! Thank you for sharing!
Wow, this is a stunning card. I love both those flowers you’ve made. I’ve got to experiment more to try making some, I just haven’t had much luck with flowers. All those gorgeous laces you’ve been using lately sure do look high end. It’s just a gorgeous card, and the layout is wonderful!
