Those Rare People

Friendship Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using QuietFire Design - Friends are Those Rare People and Spellbinders Elegant Labels Four
Greetings sweet friends!  I’m back to share a friendship card with you today – you can never have enough of these, right?  And believe it or not, this is an easy peasy card because it is made with just dies – no other cut panels other than my card base.  I reached into my stash for a sweet sentiment from Quietfire Design called Friends Are Those Rare People
Card Making Ideas by Becca Feeken using Quietfire Design - Friends are Those Rare People and Spellbinders Elegant Labels Four (Closeup)
Here’s how the card goes together from the bottom up – start out with a card base 5″ x 7″.  Add a die cut layer using Spellbinders 5 x 7 Elegant Labels Four.  Add a die cut layer from design paper using Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles, top with with a framed cut of Radiant Rectangles.  Add a die cut layer using 5×7 Elegant Labels Four and Spellbinders Labels Four together for a frame.  Add a die cut layer using Spellbinders Elegant Ovals in the center with sentiment.  I finished up by tying a bow and adding three small flowers.

Oh I love this card! I must admit I like these new ovals from Spellbinders very much! I think they’re the nicest ovals they’ve made so far!!! Becca in other news… I recently learned how to make a double bow LOL… About time! I really like the baby blue and white combination, I haven’t used blue in a while, you’ve just inspired me to try it! Thanks so much for sharing!

    Good morning Becca,
What a beautiful card you have made for our delight today and with a verse that is oh so true. I really think you have made it with the loveliest of colours in the pale aqua and white. I have all the components apart from the oval but i have others that would serve the purpose, must try and find the sentiment though. Thank you for your inspiration Becca,
Love and crafty hugs from across the ocean,
