More things to share . . . I have two cards (and several more almost completed on my table), these fell victim to the migraine smackdown I told you about last week. They languished on my desk only needing ribbon so it was a quick task to add the final touch and lighten my desk. Both cards are new releases by Flourishes; the first is called Seasonal Wreaths. You have to go check out this stamp set – the wreaths are absolutely dreamy. Speaking of dreamy, they were quite easy to color using my Copics.
I wanted three wreaths so I colored them and cut them out with Spellbinders Standard Circles. I also cut a mat with the newly released Spellbinders Labels 8. Just to break up the three’s a little bit I added a border using Spellbinders Grand 12" Classic Lace.

I know many of you are waiting for a masculine card – oh.my.word. that is much easier said than done. When I originally started, this was to be a masculine card . . . but then I couldn’t resist the ribbon. This is another of the new sets this month with Flourishes called Cottage Home. It’s another set that sits squarely in my favorites list.
The picture lent itself nicely to being masked in a Spellbinders Petite Ovals Large and Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Ovals Large combination. Although I had to break it up – the sentiment fit nicely on one of the Spellbinders Fancy Tags.

Two more beauties Becca. Just love your work.
Thi is gorgeous, I love the wreaths, need to order those.
Oooh I love the second card. The colors are so perfect for Fall too.
Becca, these are just the sweetest cards! I adore the rose wreaths card. I’m so sorry to hear about your migraines.
Now how gorgeous is that rose wreath card? Oh my! As always, Becca, just stunning. Love that “friend” card, too. Your work never fails to get that “wow” response! So glad your headaches are gone.
What great cards and even though there is a bow, it still would be a good choice for those hard to create guy cards.
Totally gorgeous Becca! Love the layout of the first one! You do layouts like no one else and they always are fabulous!!!
Gorgeous Becca, love your designs!
well the thank you card is so pretty and i love how you put the ribbon on it. spellbinders has just really overdone themselves lately. my wish list is getting longer and longer. p.s. i finally bought me some just right fonts after your card the other day. first kiss. now on to the brown cottage card, you may certainly put ribbon on a mans card. as long as it is not pink!! heh heh…. Wow the wreath card is fabulous!! Now I have to have those stamps :)
Maybe you need to post cheap casserole recipes so we can afford to buy all of the stuff to make your ideas. LOL
Happy you are feeling better!
OMG! Becca your cards are all just so stunning! I wish I had even half your talent, and I’m just green over all the Spellbinders you have! You have such an eye for the exquisite and I love your work. It’s always refreshing to visit your blog and your beautiful cards. It just lifts my day…thanks for sharing your unrivaled talent…Barb
Both cards get 2 thumbs up! Picture perfect!
I love that second card Becca… I almost bought that one!!
Beautiful cards…love those wreaths…so dainty…they are a must have…I like the other card, too…I laughed, as I struggle doing masculine cards, too….but the girlie ones are so much more fun!!
Two gorgeous creations Becca, I can decide which I like better so they are both my favorites. TFS!!!
The 2 new cards are fantastic – great work. The man card could have a group of ferns or leaves instead of the ribbon (if you wanted).

You’ve done it again, they are both marvelous. My Spellbinders list just gets longer and longer and longer. Have gotten some more recently, but the wallet cried STOP! So will save up the pennies again. I just knew that you wouldn’t be able to resist the ribbon and bow! But ya know, it still works, even for a guy. They are hard aren’t they?! Glad to hear that the migraine let go! They are horrible aren’t they?

Lovely cards. Thank you for the inspiration!
Beautiful cards, I love the wreaths. Your work is always so beautiful and inspiring.
Becca,
Wow, these are absolutely gorgeous! You are so right, that Flourishes set is absolutely fabulous! I gotta check the budget to see if I can buy it. Your card made with it is gorgeous! Please make more with the other wreaths in the set!
Love that second card too! The details are wonderful! You do great things with those copic markers.
Hugs,
Lisa Atha
P.S. Drop a friend an email, I miss ya!
This website has the most beautiful cards I have ever seen. They are absolutely stunning!
Becca, These are so pretty. You make the most beautiful cards I’ve seen.
I can only imagine that one day I can make something as nice.
Hope you are feeling better!
I love the earth tones of the second, but the first is soooo gorgeous!! Your coloring is perfect and such an interesting design!!!
You can never, ever go wrong with pink roses. What pretty cards! Like looking at all of your little touches and you always make me drool with your use of the spellbinders dies. Yep, your lovely man card took a nose dive with that luscious bow. But I can so see why that creation needed that ribbon. Happy Weekend!
Becca,
You are such a girl, I love your cards. The first one is my favorite. I love the pinks. Who wouldn’t love getting either one of them.
Becca, your rose wreath card is probably the prettiest card I have seen you make! Awesome!!!
Becca – what a lovely job on both of these – the lacy edgings add so much elegance. I love the wreathes but I also love the second one with the browns and esp. the sentiment .
Oh my goodness, those rose wreaths are AMAZING! Beautiful soft color combo too!
Wow Becca these are so pretty. I especially love how you stamped the wreaths 3 times. I love coming to your blog, its just so happy here.
miss you friend
hugs
Latisha
I love your cards because they have ribbons. Men don’t care if the card has a ribbon. However, they love color too. Too many cards for men have dark colors or nautical/car/sports themes. They have interesting ideas. Let’s give them some. If there is one person that I am confident that can make beautiful guy cards, it is you.
Thanks for sharing.
